Property is a bit dated and maintenance repairs could be improved. The guys at the front desk are GREAT! Hugh and Prince really make your stay special. They are so kind. This is so refreshing to see and experience. Well done Hugh! Well done Prince!

The staff was incompetent and gave keys to our room to strangers and put our families life at risk and didn’t have an answer for the reasons why it happened

My welcome at the front desk by Erica was the best it can be. She was friendly and cheerful. I felt so very welcome and appreciated.
The room was very nice with everything in very nice condition and comfortable.
At the bar, Shay was also very friendly and welcoming. The two of them are great examples of who you want to represent your company to your customers to ensure they’ll want to return to your hotel next time you’re in town.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tinley Park. The hotel is clean and all the employees are very friendly. A special shout out to Johana who seemed to be everywhere. She was our breakfast server, she retrieved a hair fryer to replace the one missing from our room and she was working the front desk at lunch. She was very pleasant and made several suggestions for things to do in the area.
I also want to thank Sue who helped me resolve a billing error.
Our room was great, a nice size, clean and well stocked. I would have rated this property a five, but I must have gotten the same room with the sticking door as another reviewer. Seems like housekeeping would have it fixed.
There is a Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot and a Seafood Boil a short distance away.
