Daveda made my stay so great and is the best ever!

My family and I had a great experience at the hotel! Everything was clean, efficient, and clearly well managed. We were very happy with DaVeda who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Check in was at 3pm we arrived and no rooms were available they finally got a room ready at 8pm after I called my booking agency to complain I asked for a refund because they broke there end of the contract and they refuse I hope they enjoyed my 169 dollar it will be the last Hilton ever gets from me. Do not use this company.

Nice room, very clean & bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Check in was quick & friendly. Room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needed maintenance. The toilet ran constantly. Shower was full of mildew. I will never understand how a hotel can give a room to a customer like this. How is it possible for your shower to be covered in mildew. Are they not being cleaned? One would assume that a shower being properly cleaned multiple times per week would not have this growth.

The hotel staff either doesn't care or isn't cleaning.

Breakfast seemed overpriced. It was $18 per person and the food seemed very average, hotel food.

This was a great proximity to Chicago. Location is good. Gas station and restaurant very close and convenient.

This Hilton Garden Inn was very dirty, it smelled musty, there was black looking mold in the shower along with cobwebs. The caulking was peeled away as well. And the shower floor was stained and chipped. The wallpaper had bubbles in it and was falling down in some places. There was very small closet space, and it was supposed to be a suite. The bathroom floor was sticky, and there was more black looking mold around the edges of the ceiling. Very bad experience. So disappointed in Hilton! Also, we were charged for parking two cars, because we had two suites, but we all came in the same car. Nobody is ever available to help you.

Location is good

I travel often, and this is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I paid 300+ for the night, and the entire 3rd floor smelled like cannabis, a dog barked nonstop all night, a domestic disturbance occurred in the room next door, and the police were called. The hotel staff was well aware and offered nothing. I even requested to speak to a manager and ....crickets. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Great location

Bartender Tim was a class act! Had everyone laughing and was spot on with his food recommendations! Chicken sandwich was DELICIOUS and very well made. Daveda the spunky with a great attitude!

Property is a bit dated and maintenance repairs could be improved. The guys at the front desk are GREAT! Hugh and Prince really make your stay special. They are so kind. This is so refreshing to see and experience. Well done Hugh! Well done Prince!

Clean, nice staff; good location for us

My welcome at the front desk by Erica was the best it can be. She was friendly and cheerful. I felt so very welcome and appreciated.

The room was very nice with everything in very nice condition and comfortable.

At the bar, Shay was also very friendly and welcoming. The two of them are great examples of who you want to represent your company to your customers to ensure they’ll want to return to your hotel next time you’re in town.

I’ll be back for sure!
