Super relaxt bijkomen in de luxe van een geweldig hotel met bijzonder vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch tussen de bergen en in het bos. Je hoort de schapen op de almen en je ziet en hoort diverse vogels. De rust is overweldigend evenals de mogelijkheden te ontspannen in spa en zwembad

Cons:

De matrassen zijn heel hard

Sitio bueno para desconectar
Pros:

La ubicación y el entorno del hotel es preciosa . Las instalaciones comunes están muy bien ( zona desayuno , piscina , parking en el hotel )
El personal era muy amable .

Cons:

Son mejorables las habitaciones: la cama de matrimonio eran dos colchones juntos y demasiado firmes ; la tele no funcionaba y el agua de la ducha o salía fría o ardiendo . Todo esto no es propio de un hotel de esa categoría . Nos preguntaron al marcharnos si había algo mejorable de la habitación y recibieron muy bien nuestros comentarios y tomaron nota .
El desayuno estaba muy bien pero en un hotel así se espera zumo natural y mejor calidad del café o posibilidad de pedir algo de cocina .

La tranquilidad y el personal de restaurante-bar un 10!!

Cons:

Creo que tienen la piscina un poco descuidada, en pleno agosto el jacuzzi está averiado al igual que el spa.
Las chicas de limpieza tendrian que mover un poco más debajo de los sofas , por el resto muy bien.

Fantastisch, prachtige locatie en uitzicht.
Pros:

Supper ontbijt en verder veel mogelijkheden voor lunch en dinner. Prachtige locatie om helemaal tot rust te komen.

Un lugar magico y relajante
Pros:

El desayuno es una pasada con multiples opciones tanto de salado como de dulce. El spa y la piscina en un ambiente espectacular de bonito. Todo bien cuidado. La habitacion que era una suite era una pasada, enorme y el aseo lo mejor. Deseando volver.

So much potential but a hotel not worth repeating
Pros:

Beautiful location no doubt, used apparently for groups and events mostly. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Tepid reception. Absolutely no amenities in the room to speak of, tired and frayed towels and bathrobes. No tea/coffee making facilities as one example of something that the hotel could offer its guests as a courtesy. Empty mini bar and what I find most unbelievable at that price point, not even a welcome bottle of WATER was offered
