Parking unclear. Otherwise excellent

Perfect spacious room. Only negative is a slightly dated bathroom, not the best for tall people either.
Relaxing perfect location right in the middle of everything.
You get not just a hotel but a little flat at this site equipped well enough.

The hotel itself lacks restraunt for breakfast but a 2 minute walk onto the marina and you're spoilt for choice

I arrived early, but just the same they had my room ready. Check in was quick and efficient. The property is showing some age, but was very clean and tidy.

This place is a handy three-star as a base. I had a good-sized rooms with self-catering facilities and staff were friendly.

Perfect location for Golf. Beach and Restaurant's.

Carlos on receiption was a perfect start to my stay, polite, professional and helpful, the room i was allocated was amazing, views right across the marina, underground car park for the Aston Martin too.

The hotel states it is 4 stars but the quality of fittings etc is bad, much in need of a renovation. No breakfast included either.

Big room comfortable bedbathroom definitely needs an upgrade room cleaned everyday

The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing.

Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel.

The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back.

The 4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was amazed by how spacious it really was. Hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was fine, swimming pool very nice, great location as very close to the beach and marina, also had supermarket next door along with a bar that served food if you didn't want to venture far, overall had a great holiday and would definately return here

Not a four star room, very dated, pool area unsuitable to walk on, no notification of no facilities on site so no bar or Restuarant,

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! The pool area is small but there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The rooms could definitely do with updating but as a base in a perfect location, you can’t complain too much. Our apartment was enormous with a giant balcony and it was cleaned daily.

Hotel located well for plenty of restaurants, bars and the Marina and a 20 min stroll along the beach to the old town.
Be aware there are extra charges! Pool towels and a key for mini safe have a daily charge if you want to use them.
Apartment was enormous! Came with a living and dining area, a kitchenette with all you need to cook with including a fridge. The bedroom and living room both had new aircon units, these worked well and were quiet. The shower had great pressure and kept temp. Again be aware it runs off a boiler so if hot water runs out you’ll have to wait for it to heat up again.
Rooms were cleaned daily.
The hotel is in need of updating, doors and furniture chipped. Sofa smelt badly of stale cigarette even though you could see it had been cleaned. Ceiling in the bathroom had a tile missing.
Pool area was nice, clean and always sunbeds available. Breakfast was ok, standard fry up ingredients alongside fresh fruits, baked items, cheeses, the ladies that made breakfast were very friendly!
There are some amazing restaurants to choose from in the area, around the marina was exceptional but expensive. Take a walk and there are many local restaurants to try and are more affordable.
I read a lot of reviews regarding the bars under the hotel, I was at the front on 4th floor and couldn’t hear it unless my balcony door was open.
Overall I’d stay again, made for a good base after exploring or laying by the pool.

Brilliant location and brilliant apartment for the four of us overall

Horrible front desk staff- unprofessional and unwilling to be of service.
Franklin needs to learn how to be an active listener - the morning after my check in,
I stopped by to provide some information on how dirty the bathroom was- mold on shower curtain, hair on surfaces, dirt in the corners of the bathtub- shower handle was loose needed to be tightened- Franklin was doing everything but listen to my issues.
Franklin made no apologies for the inconvenience, made no eye contact, the entire time it felt like Franklin wanted to get the conversation over with asap.
Ana is cold and unwelcoming- she never greeted me when we entered the building.
Ana just stared me down and I was the first to say hello every time. I had stopped by the front desk to pick up a safe deposit key; Ana, and another guy in a suit stood behind the desk, neither one of them said looked up to say hello, ask me how my stay is, make eye contact etc - basic hospitality etiquette. No one made us feel welcomed or even acknowledged us. We spent 10days here and it was a waste of money. Do not come here.
I asked to store my luggage, Ana didn’t offer assistance, said coldly said “there” and pointed to an unlocked room, where anyone can access guest luggage.
