Pros:

Location is great, very quiet and peaceful. The pool is perfect, the rooms are great and the golf cart service is really good. Restaurant is great.

Pros:

Tolle Lage mit beeindruckenden Ausblick, gutes Frühstück, nachdem wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten, wurde uns sehr gut und freundlich geholfen.

Cons:

Das Anwesen ist sehr beeindruckend und bietet einen tollen Aussenbereich / Garten. Leider lädt nichts zum verweilen auf. Es wäre schön, im Garten Sofas o.ä. zu finden um bei einem Drink das Toskana-Feeling zu genießen.

Ok but no value for money.
Pros:

Lovely estate, nice rooms, great bathroom

Cons:

No value for money. We paid almost 400 euro per night and our windows faced the restaurant. No view at all. Plus it was above the bar so we couldn’t open the window because smoke came to our room and it was very loud until midnight.
The restaurant was good but also pricey. The staff was not well organized and very stressed. We wanted to order additional drinks but were always cut off. No time was given to ask questions about the menu. Got the wrong side dish, the right one came when i finished my main dish. So unorganized that even though they said they would take it off the bill, it stayed.
Overall we had nicer stays in Tuscany for half of the price.
