Moorea Island Beach

Located in one of the best beaches and nearby restaurants. The property allows guests to have the most relaxing time with beach loungers on the beach. The best part is having dedicated refrigerators for guests to store food and drinks. Will definitely come back and stay here!

Beautiful setting right on the beach to watch sunsets. Breakfast is offered each day, although not included. Helpful staff and close to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful location - great staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Moorea Beach Hotel. Facilities clean and tidy and the communal kitchen was much better than I expected. Each unit has a mini fridge but you also get a lockable fridge in the kitchen. I’ve maker, filtered water, kayaks and bicycles all free! Individual, private, chalets within 50m of the water with manta rays and reef sharks visible. Safe to snorkel and the water is beautiful, outdoor shower is lovely to refresh and the air conditioner in each room was a godsend!

Very enjoyable stay. In a good location. Positioned on a lovely quiet beach. Great for swimming and snorkeling. All round hard to fault.

Beautiful property with the best spot for a sunset. Well managed and very intimate resort. Restaurants within walking distance. And there are bikes and kayaks to use.

OK, so we didn’t get off to the best start. There was some confusion about our booking and our room was not available for the first night, but the manager was very apologetic and went out of her way to secure alternative accommodation and make things right. The rest of our five nights stay was fabulous. Bungalow was clean and modern. Common areas were comfortable and relaxing right on the beach. We snorkeled from the shore and enjoyed the local wildlife. Plenty of good food options nearby. We would happily return. Mauruuru

The property provide complimentary bike and canoe. Easy access to market and restaurant. They rent vehicle and scooter. The beach in front of the hotel has a small reef to snorkel around. Dinning near the beach look for the sting ray and shark that swim close to the shore. It is also close to a marine reserve ( coral garden) a 10 minute canoe ride away.

The hotel is the most tranquil and beautiful place. After the chaos of Papeete, this hotel was sheer bliss. If you want to chill in paradise, then stay here. The hosts were accommodating and exceptionally nice. They speak French and English fluently.

Where to begin?! Lizards in the room alot bugs in the room and the kitchen I can't cook anything cause there was so many bugs as well as ants everywhere. There were alot black tip sharks and stingrays also the coral if you touch it you will end up in the hospital. We had two gentleman have horrible painful rashes from the corals. These are things that should be mentioned within checkin for the safety of the visitors. In the rooms there is no wifi so it's extremely difficult to make calls. There is no complimentary waters in the room upon arrival which is very frustrating. The weather was disappointing, it rained basically every day while being there. Unfortunately the breakfast they offer in the morning was really bad, my wife & I saw a bunch of bugs by the food and the staff doesn't even make an effort to keep the food covered. We were supposed to stay for two weeks but left early because of the disappointment of everything. They wouldn't even refund our money back for the days we wouldn't be staying. I honestly don't think that's
fair on their behalf because we gave then plenty of time to get our room re booked. Oh well my wife & I are disputing the charges for the days we weren't there. Good luck to anyone that stays here.

Excellent hotel. Very casual. Right on the beach and some amazing views of the lagoon. Walking distance to restaurants. Free use of kayaks and bikes.

Beautiful small hotel right on the beach. Snorkeling, kayaking, swimming at your finger tip. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice rooms in bungalows, but no work space. Awesome sunsets!

The staff are wonderful. I emailed a request in advance and they were quick to respond and help. The location is beautiful and has lots of amenities. The wifi only worked in the lobby area (and intermittent at that. I was traveling for work an unable to consistently get access). Bring mosquito repellent. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. Might explain the plethora of chickens around (to eat bugs?). Bring ear plugs, the chickens wake up around 230am. They charge a city tax in addition to whatever you pay on this site. So be for warned. Not their fault (everything is open straight to the publicly accessible beach) but I had some shoes stolen over night from outside my room.

Was a little disappointed with this property. I was charged more money when I showed up to the hotel for “taxes and fees and breakfast”. Also they stated “internet in the room” and there was only WiFi in the common space we were told. It was fine for the money but very disappointed with those items.
