Very rundown property. Homeless people walking around outside of hotel. Saw a rat gong underneath building.
Property needs some work and upgrades. Rooms smelled although went away when I turned on the air conditioner. Hot tub spilled out onto the tile floor and flowed across the floor to lobby. It was ok for a one night stay but I wouldn’t do more than that.
Excellent location!
The hotel was older but very clean, the elevator could have been vacuumed. The pool is open 24 hours. The front desk person was very nice impolite. breakfast was very good no complaints. I would stay here again.
unfortunately, this hotel is not as pictured at all.
The beds mattresses were old and had no support. The flooring in the sink area had large gaps between the floor boards. There were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Th cost didn’t justify what we received.
How amazing are those pool photos?! What they dont show is the main pool is 2 FEET DEEP!! The hot tub doesnt have working jets. The beds in the room are original to the hotel being built 40yrs ago as is everything else in the room. I guess this would be ok for a truck stop but for a weekend in the mountains this place is horrible. Will never stay here again. Save your money.
The shower head was broken, and tv remote controls doesn’t work
Noisy, noisy, noisy! The door to the adjoining room might just have well been a screen door! By all means, get a room on the top floor as every step above shakes the room below. The management should just post signs asking guests to be silent while apologizing for the paper thin structure of this propererty.
The shower curtain was moldy, the bottom sheet looked like it hadn't been changed, the elevator looked like a crime scene clean-up that hadn't gone well, while I was waiting to check in a woman in front of me had to change rooms due to an overwhelming smell of B.O., the floors and walls are paper thin - could hear everyone... especially the cleaning crew who decided to have a 15 minute conversation in the hallway early in the morning.
Horrible everything horrible
Worst dump I ever stayed in. We tried 2 rooms both sinks didn’t work, brown water, and black mold in the room
Where to being - oh yeah, the price! At $270 a night, I feel like I have been taken advantage of. The hallway and stair areas were filthy. The definitely could have used some improved cleaning and updated furniture. Our toilet was slow to drain and there was no maintenance on staff, so I asked the front desk to either give me a plunger or bring one up and I would do the work myself. Neither of those options happened; we never received the plunger, but thankfully the drain eventually began to work better on it's own.
Rooms were clean but the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. I thought the Wyndham association would have had more of an impact. Outside doors didn’t shut securely and the canabis smell in the hallways was overwhelming at times. The location to the ski areas was convenient but I could have stayed a a ski resort for the price. Breakfast was good, lots of options. I’m not putting this location on my return list.
The hotel was overbooked and we had no room. The manager called the hotel next door to find space for us but that room had no heat. We had to stay there as it was past 11 p.m..
This was a great place to stay. Everything was just as expected - clean, nice rooms, plenty of amenities. Plus, what really stood out was the staff - incredibly friendly. I often visit the area and will definitely be staying again.
Convenient to highway and recreation. Very basic, nothing special.
Black mold on the wall in the bathroom, TV didn’t work, took 3-4 tries for the toilet to flush, walls are paper thin and could hear conversations in the next door like I was right next to the person speaking. Overall the property is worn, dirty and abused. Took the mold, toilet and TV issues to Andrew the General Manager, and while he was nice and polite, there was no effort to fix or rectify the issues.
Room was very clean. Hallways seemed old. Great stay.
Terrible mix up with the charging of our credit cards. Took days to fix.
