Swimming pool doesn't exist.
Nulla, piscina fuori uso fino a fine anno, ma la tengono in bella vista come specchietto per le allodole.
La prima e la più importante, la scorrettezza nel continuare a mantenere la prenotazione nonostante gli avessi chiesto di annullarla nel momento in cui ci siamo resi conto dell'indispisponibilità della piscina.
Anche booking non è per nulla trasparente a riguardo sponsorizzando la piscina nonostante la sua indisponibilità. Al check c'erano almeno 4 famiglie nella stessa condizione e per nessuna è stata valutata una via di uscita. Per il resto l'hotel è datato e l'unico motivo per soggiornarvi potrebbe essere la presenza della piscina. Mi auguro che il manager risponda velocemente a questa recensione, come non ha invece mai risposto alla nostra richiesta formale di una transazione, cancellando almeno le notti successive alla prima.

Es un hotel sencillo de paso, solo para descansar.
No está muy accesible al centro , si vas de noche no hay nada para que puedas cenar.
No tiene una excelente limpieza, no tiene kit completo de baño , solo jabón de cuerpo.
Se debe mejorar en varios aspectos.

Atendimento horrível... Tivemos uma situação constrangedora no café da manhã com um funcionário que nos deixou descontentes com o hotel .
Estivemos no ano passado e estava impecável.
Péssimo atendimento da funcionária Núria, falta de empatia, age com ironia, totalmente despreparada para receção.
Não fomos informados na reserva que a piscina está fora de uso a meses. Deveriam no mínimo ter oferecido desconto ou pequeno almoço das 3 diárias e só ofereceram na última diária.

Não ter a piscina a funcionar
O quarto estava impecável, os funcionários super simpáticos e a limpeza do quarto estava muito boa. O espaço está bem localizado.
Inicialmente fizemos um pedido para fazer o check in às 14h, o qual foi aceite. No dia do check in foi nos informado que apenas poderíamos entrar a partir das 16h. Depois, o hotel tem piscina a qual não estava em funcionamento em julho… acho que no mínimo deveríamos ser informados visto que estão 40 graus e fomos a pensar e a contar com a piscina.

Ich war zu früh im Hotel und Housekeeping war nicht in der Lage die Reinigung meines Zimmers vorzuziehen, so musste ich über eine Stunde warten.
Der Pool ist das ganze Jahr zu. Ich denke dass bei so einer langfristigen Sperrung alle Pool Bilder gelöscht werden sollten und nicht nur im kleingedruckten darauf hingewiesen werden sollte.

Área de lazer e piscina fechada, foi atribuído um quarto sem televisão por cabo e pedi uma cama para criança de 8anos e quando cheguei tinha um berço. Escolhi este hotel devido á zona de lazer e piscina e nada estaria disponível. Queria reembolso de certa parte do valor visto ter sido enganado
