Pros:

Everything was just perfect! Rooms are new decorated, with amazing toilet and shower, beds are comfortable and everything looks new and extremely clean. Breakfast was great! They also have a really good gym!

Pros:

Чудове розташування, привітний персонал.

Cons:

Не сподобалось те як зроблені туалет і душова: напівпрозорі стінки і двері, тобто немає приватного простору, і двері нещільно закриваються, з душу тече вода у кімнату. В туалеті погана вентиляція. В душі запах затхлості.
Також не було одноразових капців чи щіток, їх дають лише коли попросиш, при цьому не інформують про таку можливість, треба все питати.
Цікава ідея з освітленням, проте незручно що немає можливості включити яскраве світло. Також вимикач світла на дзеркалі був дуже яскравий вночі і не було змоги його виключити.
Після прибирання забували покласти рушники, також залишалось волосся.
В цілому все терпимо, проте за ціну вищу ніж за більші апартаменти, очікували менше таких неприємних дрібниць.

Decent hotel, great staff and good location
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, very close to public transport and in walking (by Porto standards so take the hills into consideration) distance to everything of interest. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. The room(s) were bright, decent sized and comfortable with some attention points.

Cons:

We got initially a room on 7th floor and the party noise from the restaurant on top of the hotel was very hard to ignore (so if you're a light sleeper ask for lower floors). The bathroom and shower are divided by frosted glass only and the doors have some gaps to be taken into account.

Ottimo albergo a pochi minuti dal centro di Porto.
Pros:

La struttura è un hotel a 4 stelle a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Porto e a meno di 3 dalla fermata della metro. A piedi si possono raggiungere molti dei punti importanti della città nonché la via principale dei negozi, ristoranti e del mercato centrale. L'hotel è davvero accogliente così come lo staff. La colazione è ottima e c'è una vasta scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato. Ho provato anche il ristorante ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Il prezzo, per il periodo da me scelto, si è rivelato davvero conveniente. Non posso che consigliare questa struttura.
