Больше всего расстроило равнодушие сотрудницы Хелери на ресепшне, её нежелание помочь и решить пробл

Для проживания собаки не предложили ничего: ни миски, ни подстилки и тд. Сотрудница Хелери на ресепшне 28 февраля около 22.00 (когда мы прибыли с парома) была равнодушна и не предложила никакой помощи. Сменившая её Ирина предложила помощь и была доброжелательна. Раньше нас собакой размещали на 1-ом этаже, что было очень удобно. В этот раз нас разместили на 4-ом этаже, что было очень неудобно. Подушки в кровати очень маленькие и неудобные.
