Cons:

The light in the front entrance of the room where the room bar is located can not be turned off at night, thereby not providing complete darkness in the room.

I have stayed there before and the improvements are noticeable.location is perfect

Cons:

The bar area remains very dark . This is the opposite of modern and kills the mood. It is hot there and your choice to be inside is limited to your room or a very obsolete dark bar. Staff is okay some people were great. But some were terrible. They are trained but their answers sound fake, not genuine. The restaurant, Bibiana staff is just okay

Not worth it. Go elsewhere and save yourself a ton of hassle for this price point.
Pros:

The decor was cute. One of the staff members was helpful.

Cons:

Did not receive any information about the property and its amenities upon check in/arrival. They overcharged me on multiple occasions. Poor attitude of the staff members and blatant lack of help when asked. Inconsistent service overall.

Charming except for the food poisoning.
Pros:

This is a stylish hotel with a cute pool in a great location on Forsyth Park. Staff was very accommodating, except for when it really mattered.

Cons:

Skip the restaurant. We contacted food poisoning snd had to go to urgent care. Our whole stay was marred by this and they should have done more to make up for it. I would call this poor hospitality for one of the "leading hotels of the world".
