The bed was uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs beneath me. The cover for the box spring had stains all over it. The TV remote did not have batteries; the spa tub did not work.

Not much , very dirty. Even had animal poop on the side walk.

Cons:

Very dirty. Had us put a piece of paper on our dashboard to prove we were staying there for the night. I understand why for towing purposes but it shared which room we were in and that didn’t feel safe.
