I ended up, leaving on the first night that I arrived because of the smell

There wasn’t much to make about the property.

Cons:

The property wasn’t shambles. There was trash in the front entrance. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and tobacco. There was a leak on the roof. I believe on the second or third floor. The wallpaper in my room was coming off. It smelled like pure cigarettes in my room. It smells so bad inside the hotel that I did not complete my full one night stay I had to leave. I ended up staying at a different hotel.

Pros:

No breakfast. Location is in the back of an industrial park.

Cons:

Dirty, run-down, room lamp broken, toilet running & toilet seat chipping, lobby blocked off with police tape, ferral cats running under car in broken payment of back alley which was parking lot.
