No use sus servicios, tampoco sé cuales tienen.

Cons:

Se supone que reserve una habitación superior, según reserva y fue decepcionante. El bidé del baño no se puede usar por su ubicación. El mobiliario penoso y las terminaciones del armario y techo parece que está todo sin terminar. El confort brilla por su ausencia. Se anuncia como hotel Urban boutique y cuando llega uno se encuentra otro nombré. Túvimos duda a la entrada.

Cerca de la parada de guagua y a 4 minutos caminando de la de metro, con múltiples supermercados cercas

Buen calidad precio con posibles mejoras de atención al cliente

- ubicación genial
- el precio está bastante bien si de contextualiza por zona y ciudad

Cons:

- las camas eran incómodas
- hacer el pre check in fue algo tedioso para evitar pagar el extra por hacer check-in tarde (después de las 23:00). Dan la posibilidad y la cumplieron pero la forma de gestionarlo es algo dejada y falta de comunicación
- el trato telefónico del personal era bastante áspero y desagradable.

Dicho todo eso, lo recomiendo. Haciendo check-in en las horas que están presentes no debería haber problema. Y fuera de horas se puede gestionar aunque te puede resultar algo desagradable
