Travelodge by Wyndham Baie-Comeau

Stayed there 4 years in a row! Convenient if you have a pet/dog. Recommend if you want a clean and quiet place to stay with your fur baby!

Up until I received my bill for the stay everything was going well... placing a call with the 1-800 number on Hotel.com web page I believe because I did not get a email confirming my reservation I may have been scammed by "BookingHotelWeb" where the call was routed..

An additional few was charged my credit card for $68.68 over the few stated on Hotel.com website...

No one can explain the "additional charge" and so far have absolutely no concern for me ...

Because if this I will must say I do not "trust" the "Hotel.com" website and will not use Hotel com again.

Noisy area, hotel is probably 50 years old.

In great need of renovations

In need of major renovations. Very old and dirty. The ceiling was disgusting. The bathroom was horrific. It even had a drop ceiling in the shower!!! Mmmmmm mold makes me feel so clean

Very quiet. Clean. Nice view. Shopping next to the place. Good service

J'avais demandé occupation double hauteur stationnement spécifiquement. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait plus de chambre avec deux lits de disponibles. Le rabais de 15$ offert par le gérant au matin était nettement insuffisant compte tenu des circonstances.

Concierge as helpful and friendly and bilingual while one gentleman/worker stood behind him and literally just stared at me and my family while we checked in, I don’t think he blinked once.The room was so so, but the property was definitely dated and could use an uplift.

Not sure why I can’t pay for the room right now rather than wasting time at 5 am when I’m in a rush to do so. Clerk was rather curt as well.

Y a laitte, pis laitte, ça, ça dépasse la comète, figer dans le temps 20ieme siècle, la temparature etait correct, c,était propre et assez grand, par contre désuet à outrance, cher comme ça se peu pas

Continental breakfast was great

building is old, but seems well kept. bathrooms and furnishings are dated. drapes were missing hooks and hanging down on one end. there were 2 large stains in the carpet of the room we stayed in.

room was otherwise quiet, roomy and comfortable

The beds, bedding and pillows were awesome. I slept really well which is important. The facilities and rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded. The carpets are stained, the grout in the bathtubs bad and pink bacteria growing. The chairs in the breakfast area, though comfortable, are in need of upgrading. Some money needs to be invested in the hotel to bring it back up to par.

Everything was good but no AC in 30 plus weather, not cool literally….

Nous sommes allés pour le déjeuner à 8h et il n'y avait rien d'offert. Lors de la levée du divan lit il y avait des choses qui trainaient dessous. La salle de bain était salle, il y avait des poils pubiens dans le bain.

Check in staff was lovely. Rooms very clean, walking distance to restaurants.

There was a party in the back parking lot. There were a couple of sketchy characters in the lobby. Lots of noise, banging and crashing. Would not recommend.
