Great place even in a power outage
Pros:

We had stayed at the Royal Park before and arrived this time to find the power was out from a nearby storm. Deanna at the front desk managed the situation impeccably. She provided updates, called around to find nearby hotels with power, patiently answered the frustrated questions of some guests with grace and empathy, and made a difficult situation tolerable and even a little fun!

This was a beautiful property. Very high-end. it was very expensive. If you have the money, it’s a beautiful place to stay.
