By far the best four-star hotel I have stayed in over the past 10 years. First of all, if you want a quiet room, the reception staff will make sure to arrange it for you. Want an extra blanket? No problem — they knock on your door within five minutes. The room is huge, spacious, with solid walls so you can’t hear your neighbours talking. Everything in this hotel is perfect. From the reception and staff to the bar and overall service. The hotel management deserves the highest rating because they truly know their job. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because it is excellent. It has been a long time since I stayed in a hotel that suited me so well. Everything was perfect from the day we arrived until the day we left.
Nothing
The hotel was very close to Greenwich train and DLR stations, so perfectly placed to visit any of the attractions at the UNESCO World Heritage site. We enjoyed Greenwich Park, the Maritime Museum and the Fan Museum, plus views of the Cutty Sark all lit up in the evening. Staff on Reception were very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated the free and secure left luggage facility. The hotel was well designed, modern and in a good state of decoration and cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and spacious.
It was too hot to sleep comfortably at night and there was no way to adjust the heating. The hotel is on a very busy road, so if you open the windows you can hear noise from nearby pubs and clubs, and a clock chiming every hour through the night, presumably from St Aselph's, but this is only to be expected in a touristy London setting, and the double glazing blocks out most of the noise. Many of the freeview channels on the TV would not actually play.
Staff, were very good on the desk and the breakfast staff were great.
The breakfast was poor at best, cold and overcooked, toasters not toasting bread. Yoghurt ran out most days, very poor. Evening meal was good, although staff were very poor. Did not get the room i reserved for the first night, got a twin, not a double, team changed my room the next day, drinks voucher offered, but unable to use on certain drinks, so..
Super emplacement à 9mn du London Bridge
Chambre confortable
Very comfort the Bed.

Location
Nothing
Property was right beside the train/DLR station and a bus stop, so really easy to get anywhere. Plus, was within 10min walking distance to a tonne of restaurants and cafes, plus the Greenwich Market and museums, so tonnes to do and eat around. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. My room was on the train tracks side, but it wasn’t so loud that I couldn’t sleep. They also had free luggage storage for before and after check-in that was really useful, the front-desk staff were really helpful. I had breakfast during my stay, and that was really great too.
Nothing I can think of.
Location is perfect
On the bathtub there little worms coming out of tub . It scary and disgusting to see in a Accor hotel. Thank god there was a shower in the room. My girl friend very scared going to the bathroom. Also, the plate using for breakfast are very small people are dropping food stuff on the floor. Finally the room was very hot. The AC is not effective.
