Overall the the stay was good.
Pros:

It was nice clean convenient to the area. The train station was very close by as a matter of fact it was beside the hotel so we could’ve jumped on the train to go wherever we wanted to go.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property only that is they could’ve had a vending machine to get water and snacks in the middle of the night .I feel they could’ve had a microwave in the room also

Pros: Delightful decor, large room, and excellent location. Cons: We had to reactivate our key cards on the second day. Also, no room cleaning was provided during our two-night stay because the hotel automatically replaced housekeeping with a £5 voucher. Great potential, but the service policy is too rigid.

had booked this for the night before the marathon but ended up with a fractured ankle so obviously no longer needed it. requested to change my dates to a far cheaper weekend (had paid £408 for one night) and request was denied. even phoned the hotel up but they said there was nothing they could do. made a stressful weekend even more stressful for me.

Decent choice, but a bit worn out
Pros:

Very good location, clean rooms, and appropriately sized, especially for London. Staff was also helpful.

Cons:

Furniture and room condition I would more associate with a three star hotel, there was a hole burnt into the couch in the room, and the glasses provided we’re not all clean. The facilities I think would be more appropriate for three stars, not four.

Pros:

Great location, right next to Greenwich station. A good sized room, with a sofa and desk. The wifi connection was strong and didn't seem to dip in and out

Cons:

The hotel in general was really hot - there was ac but it was pretty low powered and the building seemed to adsorb and hold onto heat!

Am stat 3 nopti si nu s-a facut curat in camera, doua zile fara sapun.
Mancarea la mic dejun cu extrem de putine optinuni si de slaba calitate.
In pachetul demipensiune am avut si cina, care era acelasi meniu seara de seara cu cateva optiuni, iar pt copii erau doar produse congelate.
Servirea la masa foarte lenta
Numele de Novotel nu este bine reprezentat in aceasta locatie

Good but a bit old !
Pros:

Very friendly and smooth check _in ! Spacious room with good twin beds but the rooms and especially the bathroom are very dated! It needs renovation!the beds aren’t always made up and sometimes dusty and windows very dirty!friendly staff at reception and bar! Location is great near the station to London and near to Greenwich ( you can spend a whole they there).Noise level is good .
