Always excellent
Pros:

The location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff are great and rooms are clean. I stay here every year I come to Memphis for Elvis week.

Pros:

Good hot shower but no grip surface in tub. Too slick. I didn't let my wife take a shower for fear she would have slipped and fallen.

I'd stay again
Pros:

The bed where really comfortable. Room and bathroom where very spacious. Love that it had a stove and sink even though it was really small. There is a taco bell just a few feet away which worked great for us, we weren't there long enough to use the little kitchen.

Cons:

The room had a strange smell, guessing its the cleaning supplies they use to clean. The little packs of shampoo is not enough to wash hair if you have thick or long hair. Also wish they had a pool.

I had a very very good stay. I always stay at the Magnolia inn when I travel to visit in Arkansas.
Pros:

I liked that the location was near the airport, the Tanger mall, places to eat in walking distance. And also near a service station. The hot water was always hot.

Cons:

I didn't like that running water from other rooms was very very loud.
