Estadia breve, mas muito agradável
Pros:

Gostamos particularmente da sala com lareira, da decoração, das instalações e edifício no geral, da vista e simpatia dos funcionários.
Gostaríamos de fazer uma visita no verão para usufruir da piscina.

Um Hotel Conventual que se recomenda.
Pros:

Este hotel a meio caminho entre Coimbra e a Serra da Estrela foi uma agradável surpresa. O edificio é excepcional. E é uma óptima base para explorar o território à volta.

Pros:

Localização do Hotel, o tipo de Hotel convertido de um antigo convento, com história, com uma vista para Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela.
Quarto muito bom, grande e muito original.
Pequeno almoço, bom com muita variedade.
O jantar foi Buffe, não sendo muito variado, estava bem confecionado.

A simpatia dos funcionários. O jantar bufete com umas entradas muito boas.

Cons:

O quarto estava frio quando chegámos, o aquecimento do quarto de banho era muito fraco e os espaços comuns tinham o aquecimento desligado. A sala de jantar tinha uma mistura de luz branca com luz amarela o que fica desconfortável. Alguns dos cortinados do quarto não tinham os suportes, a manutenção deve ser mais cuidadosa.

O Convento do Desagravo é para ir e voltar. Sempre.
Pros:

A arquitectura, a decoração interior, o quarto era muito bonito, a lareira à noite era fantástica. Os funcionários impecáveis. O pequeno-almoço óptimo. Relação qualidade preço é boa.

Cons:

Só achei que o pão no pequeno-almoço não correspondeu ao excelente pão da região. Também faltava a broa. Mas isto são detalhes porque o queijo da serra da região era genuíno.

Viajamos en familia y con amigos. Tuvimos una magnífica. El entorno permite excursiones fantásticas.

Me gustó mucho la reforma del antiguo convento y la forma en la que ha sido adaptado para el uso hotelero.

Cons:

Hubo un pequeño contratiempo con el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones que tuvo que ausentarse. Los responsables del hotel nos ofrecieron sus excusas y, aunque para mi fueron suficientes, algunos viajeros esperaban algo más.
