Lovely rooms. Probably more luxury than I was expecting. Lots of accessories like a robe.
Having a pool was a nice touch and restaurant close by.

Despite nice pool I never got in as it was being monopolized by family and kids. And its small size would have made it impossible to stay unaffected.
For those arriving on motorcycles be aware of undulating terrain in car park so chose your place wisely.

We travel from Chicago to OKC every year to visit family. On the way to OKC we stay at a Best Western in Springfield MO that accepts pets, has a pet park and all the amenities and we paid $104.00 plus this town is loaded with places to eat, gas and shop.
For 4 years, we’ve stayed at Pinemark on the way back to Chicago. We chose Pinemark because of good reviews looking for places to stay with a pet. We had a positive experience the first two years. Last year, we got a room with a plugged up sink and were told the place was fully booked and they didn’t know when they would be able to get someone there to fix the sink. My husband ended up fixing the sink. We were not happy.
This year, I booked online through the Pinemark website and booked the only King option offered. I paid $145 online and then had to pay an additional $25 when I arrived for my dog which is ridiculous.
Then we get to the room and the first of two lights we reach for that is over the bed does not work. The toilet is so low it belongs in a kindergarten. The bed in previous rooms were comfortable and this one was like a marshmallow and sagged in the middle. The light over the bed that does work is so obnoxious bright that one person can’t read while another tries to sleep. It’s like being under a spotlight. We will be stopping in Sullivan on the way back home from now on. I’m sorry we’ve patronized this place as long as we have. It’s nowhere near worth what we paid.
Hotel has a great ethos. Standard of accommodation is high, rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. A dip in the pool was brilliant at the end of a long day travelling. Food was good too.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was great. Price was great. Really liked the area for dogs and how there alot of places to just sit and relax.
Carrying everything up and around the odd parking lot to the room. Wish there were stairs closer to the far rooms but really no big deal. Also there was a odd smell in the room. Again not horrendous .
Lovely hotel. Pool was a joy. Even saw a perfect sunset
