It was comfortable
Pros:

Staff was cooperative and resolved an issue with the booking promptly.

Cons:

The washroom in the room was poorly designed which needs to be reviewed because the washroom has no proper mechanism to seal it in order to avoid odour to be spread in the room.

Amazing stay with world class customer centric services

We just concluded our stay few days ago. It’s a family trip of 6 adults and 1 toddler.

Overall the hotel stay experience was wonderful from the moment we check in to checkout.

The services rendered by all the staff was amazing and they are very attentive as well.

I would like to call out K.Wawa, K.Punch, K.Sky and K.Beam for making this stay a memorable one. Thank you.

Room: Clean and nice with full amenities. Thanks to the room helper K. Mox for making the room so welcoming after whole days of outing.

Pool: Nice pool, they open from 6am till 10pm. My son had a great time swimming.

Breakfast: The thing I was really looking out for each morning. Usually I won’t eat hotel breakfast in Bangkok as I prefer going outside to eat but the breakfast spread in this hotel is really good with great selections of food. This is definitely the highlight of my stay. My son enjoyed the food very much. The welcoming drinks each morning are different as well.

Location: Walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS / Emporium / Emquartier. There is a 7-11 across the street and also 3min walking distance to the well known Rung Rueang Pork Noodles.

Being a Hilton member, the hotel did a wonderful job of allowing me to extend my late checkout.

The only drawback we encountered was the closure of the front entrance stairs toward the main entrance door due to some issue with ceiling on top. So we have to walk to the side ramp to go up the main entrance. Hopefully the hotel fix it soon.

Overall, amazing stay and will definitely make it my go to hotel in Bangkok.

Clean and nice hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. We were traveling with our 1 yo toddler and appreciate the staffs as they’re super friendly, helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Som who always attend to us during the breakfast for always accommodating to our requests

The best service location
Pros:

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and dining at their restaurant, and the entire experience completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel itself is stunning, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also exceptional—every dish was delicious and impressive. On top of that, the location is unbeatable; it is right next to a shopping mall and just a few steps from the BTS station, making traveling around so convenient.
What truly touched my heart was the outstanding service. The staff took such great care of my child, which meant the world to me. I also want to give a special shoutout to Khun Som at the restaurant. She looked after us so well, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything else. Oh, and the welcome drink they served was absolutely amazing! I am incredibly impressed with everything and will definitely be back.
