The hotel clearly puts great care into its guests, from the moment you arrive until the check-out process. Choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision, and it was worth every penny.

All the staff were lovely from housekeeping to the front desk. The service was excellent throughout, and I was truly impressed with the overall experience.

Das Hotel braucht eine komplette Renovierung. Wiir hatten abgenutzt Armaturen, blinde Spiegel, ausgefranste Teppiche und blinde Spiegel, TV nicht mehr Stand der Technik. So sollte ein Hotel das Hilton im Namen trägt nicht auftreten.....schade....

World class staff with an amazing restaurant

Unbelievable staff especially New who was the nicest and most hospitable person ever to great and treat their guests as soon as breakfast was served. Great location. When I come back to Bangkok, this is the first hotel I'm looking to come back and stay.

One of the best Hotels in Bangkok, best Breakfast Buffet for sure
Pros:

I really like this Hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms and other facilities are clean and good equipped and the location couldn’t be better. Definitely book the breakfast, it’s one of the best I‘ve had so far here in Thailand. I will definitely be back again, thanks to the Staff: New, Wawa, Joy, Namtip and all others I didn’t get the name yet.
