A wonderful stay - location, staffing and room quality for the price point
Pros:

This is a favorite place for me to stay while in Bangkok. It is a great central location with a lot of restaurant choices, the elevated metro about two blocks away and an easy choice for a layover to other parts of Thailand.

The rooms are clean and consistently kept so by able and friendly staff. The bathrooms are a bit dated due to the use of marble that doesn’t age well, but it is not a serious issue as the staff makes sure to keep the whole room clean during your stay.

The front desk is readily available to help with any issues. The breakfast is very well stocked with a variety of Asian and Western food choices. The dining staff are professional and prompt to provide whatever drink or specialties you want, including hostess’s named New and Cream who are a very friendly host, greeting you warmly as they take you to your table. All the staff are very professional, courteous and readily available. I spoke to the General Manager of the hotel in passing her by and she was genuinely interested in my stay and any issues or concerns I may have had which is another sign of pride of the staff from the top management on down; a quality worth considering when choosing a place to stay while traveling.

Great location
Pros:

Good Location it was nice that you walk through the back and go to the mall and bts that way. The breakfast team were awesome the while team in the front too! I loved that we had connecting rooms with my parents which was nice. Will stay there again

Amazing check-in
Pros:

Kwan made the check in process extremely smooth! We had a very long flight and she greeted us with a warm smile and warm cookies! Very excited for our stay

This hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way. Starting with a great location, excellent service, clean spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The pool gets sun all day with plenty of space for all guests. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bangkok!

Well located near all facilities and close to our office. Pool is nice, Breakfast is very nice and the team is adorable. Special mention to the breakfast team with « New » and the others. Rooms did not smell humidity like at the Radisson or at the Holiday Inn
