Large room, very comfortable bed and furniture. Super bathroom and shower. Quiet location on a side street. The staff are very attentive, thoughtful and professional.
It’s not clear that they have three buildings all near each other- however- once that is clear, it’s all fine, as they are next to each other. We had wifi problems however the staff worked tirelessly to sort them out.
Room was cosy, really clean, breakfast above average compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in India, staff very friendly

Wunderbares und gemütliches Hotel in Fort, tolle Lage, nicht weit vom Gateway of India. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gibt kontinentales und indisches Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist groß. Ich würde immer wiederkommen.
A very good hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit dated, and there was a slight smell of mold, but overall it didn’t cause any significant discomfort.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, and just a 3-minute walk from the metro with a direct connection to the airport.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the service provided by the staff was excellent; very welcoming without being pushy, and always ready to assist with even the smallest details. The breakfast was also quite good, especially compared to our previous hotel in Mumbai. One minor downside was that the smell from the food preparation tended to stay in our clothes after leaving the restaurant.
Our specific room was rather small, but since we only stayed two nights this was manageable. Also, when crossing a small alley to get to the street behind the hotel, we saw a couple of big rats which seemed disgusting. But of course, we realize that this happened outside the hotel and can happen everywhere in Mumbai.
Everything was great. The staff is very polite, kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is delicious.

The staff were incredibly polite and made us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from all the major sights and great restaurants. They even serve complimentary tea in the evenings and surprised us with a free upgrade!
Would DEFINITELY stay here again if I’m ever in Fort — 10/10 recommend!
I was travelling with my partner. I came to know when I was on my way to Mumbai from Goa that they do not allow male and female unless they prove that they are married. This was the first time ever for me. It was then that I booked Hotel President, Cuffe Parade through your agency. Hotel President was very good.
We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for the excellent service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent!
The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Residency was a comfortable place to stay and the staff were very helpful. Definitely a 10/10 as far as service goes. Breakfast was great as well.
The rooms could definitely do with a little TLC. The bathroom was clean but could also do with a makeover. It's definitely not a dealbreaker though. I would have no problem at all staying there again if I were to come back to Mumbai.
