Mein Zimmer war laut, zuerst dachte ich das Fenster sei offen. Aber nein, dies war geschlossen und dennoch eine unruhige Nacht gehabt, da eine vielbefahrene Strasse gleich daneben liegt.

Pros:

First and the mosf outstanding is staff- super friendly and helpful! Rooms are also big, there is a kitchen with all utilties and even laundry machine in the bathroom. In room dining service is great- very quick and convenient. Location is great for beach lovers- there are 3 beaches accessible by short tuktuk ride (best of all was Jungle beach)!

Cons:

Breakfast was quite simple, but it was very nicely served.
Wifi was on and off, so better rely on your mobile data package. Gym is very basic.

Good stay with great staffs
Pros:

Well situated and very welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Good surrounding with metro station, train station and atm to walking distance.

Cons:

Some mosquitoes issues but it was sorted out. The room/bed required some renovation.

Pros:

Good location. Good staff.

Cons:

Continuous noise of construction didn’t allow us to rest in the day. If there was construction work planned, better don’t give those rooms to your guests. Pillow sheets were not clean. Blanket covers were torn. Very tight spaced room. A bit claustrophobic at times.

Очень удобное расположение в центре, исключительно вежливый персонал, сразу на месте помогли вызвать гида водителя, который два нас возил и показывал Мумбаи ( без машины это был бы ад из за жары). Приличный завтрак. Для двух ночей и знакомства с городом прекрасно. Отель с 1940 года, при этом все ухоженное, чистое, аккуратное

Номер очень маленький, рядом был ремонт, очень тяжелые двери в номерах, соответственно грохот стоит когда выходишь/ выходят соседи. Поспать утром сложно, при то что нас поселили в номер не на улицу, а фактически без окон, но во внутренний тихий двор, но был шум от соседей и хлопающих дверей. .

World class staff-the hotel needs repairs
Pros:

The staff are amazing. They make the hotel one of the best places to stay in the Fort district. They are attentive and willing to help with anything from restaurant reservations, planning day trips, and anything else you could think of. Whenever I came back to the hotel I'd spend some time chatting with the lobby crew and they were incredibly open and friendly.

The breakfasts are good and cater to western as well as local tastes. I appreciated the complementary chai throughout the day and partook most days of my visit. A shout out to the waiter who remembered my order specifications, every time. In addition they have a relationship with a local restaurant for in-room dinner service. I found it quick, delicious, and great value for money. The portions are generous.

I really enjoyed the location. It's fairly easy to get to from the airport (BOM) and it's away from the hustle and bustle of the core Fort district but, close enough to reach it easily. There are great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby.

Cons:

The rooms need updating. My room was reasonably clean but some of the furniture were old and missing pieces. The desk and cabinets doors were missing sections of their veneers, there were cracks in the shower floor and walls, and I found the air conditioner's power varied. Also, something I found annoying was that the bathroom door would automatically close and had to be wedged open to stay open. It also creaked loudly, which made retrieving things from the bathroom less convenient. Also, with the door closed, there was no way to cool the bathroom. Beyond that, the walls are a little thin and you can hear into the hallway and some of the sound from the neighbouring rooms.

Nice base to visit the Fort area, felt safe and no hassle from beggars
Pros:

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and had nice coffee. We booked 2 tours from the hotel which were very good and informative.
