Property was lovely, good location nearby amenities and sight seeing spots.
Some areas near the property were filthy . We spotted rats nearby and alley way across the road were scrawling with rats.
everything was good and hygienic
Rooms were super clean and had everything you need. Staff were lovely and very attentive, you can book tours through them too! We loved the complimentary chai!! Breakfasts were brilliant too!
Restaurants and sightseeing places are at least a 15+ walk away, but otherwise good safe location in the fort!!
Location.
Very small room for the cost... Barely enough space for a single bed. The bathroom was similarly so small that there's barely enough space to stand, with a very small wash basin.
Electrical points were damaged or broken.
The dining room is also very small, with about 3 tables. Most people are forced to sit outside while they wait for a chance to get their breakfast. They told me I would have to wait for 15 mins to be able to enter the dining room to get breakfast... That wasn't possible for me so I had to leave without breakfast.
For 7.5k INR, I think there is a limit to how much you can charge for a good location.
I've misplaced my invoice and am trying to get a replacement. There is no response despite multiple attempts.
Location of the hotel is excellent

The staff were lovely. For the price, I was expecting something poor, but it was fantastic - though I did get upgraded for free. There is a nice restaurant. The room is small but does the job. The wifi was pretty good.
There is no desk in the room for work, and it's a bit loud at night. The window also wasn't great. But for the price, I wasn't expecting much at all!
The staff were all amazing! I'd left the previous hotel after a bad experience, and getting ill, and they all looked after me so well. Reception were fantastic, really solving the problems I arrived with, the guys who looked after the rooms were lovely to chat to each morning, the guys running the excellent breakfast service were so friendly and lovely, and Rajesh went to the pharmacy for me, and took me to a restaurant on the back of his motorbike when I asked if there were good places nearby. Just superb, kind, friendly service.
Literally the only minor negative was that my particular room didn't have much natural light. I wouldn't have cared, but I was very sick while I stayed here (from street food) and I spent a full day in the room one day, and would have loved a window with any view.
Everything about this hotel ticks most of the boxes. The staff needs special mention. Very helpful, very polite.
The location is amazing. Within walking distance of most South Mumbai Architectural marvels, Near to Marine Drive, Colaba Causeway, Gateway of India, CST, Churchgate etc.
Take a place at their new Annexe Club Double if possible. Great Value for money.
Would book again with them in future.
Not too.many th8ngs to dislike, if you want me to nitpick, i would say the lift needs some upgrade and maintenance.
Location is close to the metro and train station. The staff is friendly and eager to please rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of good and healthy options
The view out the large Windows has a lot of cable lines hanging in front.

Really comfortable hotel in a great location in the Fort area of Mumbai. Staff a really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choices. Will definitely stay again one day.

They don't have a power back up, so just in case there is a situation with the electricity, then it's an issue
