La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très agréable. Le déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. L'emplacement est parfait, idéal pour visiter la ville et se déplacer facilement. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Honnêtement, il y a très peu de points négatifs. Le seul aspect qui pourrait être amélioré est que, aux heures d'affluence, certains clients doivent parfois attendre avant d'avoir une table en raison de la taille relativement réduite du restaurant. Cela reste toutefois tout à fait compréhensible : la qualité du service, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel attirent manifestement de nombreux voyageurs, ce qui témoigne du succès de l'hôtel. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une critique, mais plutôt d'une piste d'amélioration pour rendre l'expérience encore meilleure.

The Hotel is in a great location, the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The staff were all respectful and very helpful, especially one of the workers from Uttarakhand, who went out of his way to ensure all of our needs were met. The rooms were clean and well stocked with all manner of necessities, and all of our requests were handled with grace and efficiency. Breakfast offerings included both local and European options, and juice and Chai with cookies were available throughout the day. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly situated. Close to every historical and architectural monument you could choose, good restaurants close by, and the Colaba market you can actually walk to.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel had a very good location.
