I cannot fail the staff. They were all amazingly polite, helpful and attentive. You really felt like after. We loved the breakfast room, bright and cozy; breakfast was varied with freshly made dosa on offer. The masala chai was amazing and it was great to have the opportunity to have a free cup in the afternoon, between 4 and 6 pm.
The bathrooms need a bit of TLC; wobbly sink, worn out mirrors, shower could be cleaner in corners. There were renovations going on in the hall on our floor when we went but no noise to complain of.
Clean, comfortable, with exceptionally courteous staff.
The bathroom space would get very hot.

This was a perfect stay, the location is fantastic and personnel is super kind. We got the warmest welcome. Great breakfast too.
Es war bereits innerhalb von 10 Jahren der 5. Aufenthalt und es fühlt sich - gerade wegen des freundlichen Personal s - an wie ein nach Hause kommen.
Ein großes Plus ist, dass die U-Bahn Baustelle endlich beendet ist und man eine tolle Verbindung zum Flughafen und in andere Stadtviertel hat.
Das Frühstück war wie immer super und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, fast alle kannte ich von den früheren Besuchen. Es gibt hier kaum Personalwechsel.

Vanuit het hotel zijn er veel bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand,
wat we ook hebben gedaan .
Restaurants en winkels zijn er in de omgeving in overvloed .
Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Koffie en thee wordt beneden in de lobby continue geserveerd wat gratis is.
De kamer was niet groot ,maar was wel voorzien van alle benodigdheden.
Bad kamer was voorzien van een goede douche.
De ontbijt zaal was klein , ten opzichte van het aantal gasten wat in het hotel verbleef.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within easy reach of many major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Western and Indian dishes, with eggs, dosas, and other items freshly prepared to order and tailored to personal preferences. The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful and very welcome surprise.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. They were consistently attentive, courteous, and professional—especially the front desk team, which was always staffed and ready to assist. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe during my stay.
Nothing really, I would visit again.

Pigeon hole, intrusive staff, cramped rooms, even cramped passages, such limited seating at their restaurant that we were asked to get up as soon as our breakfast was done, and we were being asked every 30 seconds if we needed anything else, so that we would leave and other customers could be accommodated
We liked the spaciousness of the room and the fact that it was in a separate part of the hotel which felt quieter. The cafe/sitting area provided a nice place to relax and refresh.
