La grande gentillesse du personnel et leur serviabilité.
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend à Lyon avec notre voiture sécurisée dans le parking en sous sol de l'hôtel jusqu'au dimanche soir.

Excellent petits déjeuners dans une très belle salle. Mes petits enfants étaient ravis.
Très bon accueil par des personnes jeunes et très sympas !!!
Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel.
En effet, l'hôtel mériterait d'être remis aux normes pour ces petits appts un peu vieillots mais très propres.
Merci encore d'avoir été à mon écoute pour mes inquiétudes au téléphone et de nous avoir donné un petit Appt en cour intérieure pour le bruit des trains.
C'était vraiment très supportable. Nous avons très bien dormi.

Pros:

L'emplacement, transports en commun très facilement accessibles , petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

Pas de traversin pour la literie et des oreillers vraiment trop légers. Une serviette par personne et insonorisation légère côté Gare SNCF

Efficace mais attention à l’absence de clim et face à la voie ferrée.

Cons:

Sans climatisation, les fenêtres et les rideaux étaient inappropriés et la chambre un four sans ouverture de fenêtre.
L’ouverture de la fenêtre pour avoir de l’air, face à la voix ferrée a forcément induit du bruit (arrêt des train entre minuit et 5h).
Pas de torchon, pas de tiré bouchon ouvre bouteille. Équipement vraiment minimal
