Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. Pros:

Sicuramente un ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro di Bratislava. Ovviamente, come da normativa i cinque stelle che si trovano all’estero non sono come i nostri cinque stelle in Italia che hanno dei livelli decisamente più alti. Il Marrol’s in Italia sarebbe un quattro stelle. Ricca colazione con tantissimi prodotti salati tipici e poco dolce per italiani

Frühstück top, Lage super, sehr freundliches Personal. Alles bestens, würde wieder buchen.

Der Spa Bereich ist nur exklusiv zu buchen und nicht in den Leistungen inkludiert.

Pros:

Nice feel about the hotel. Elegant and charming, it was obvious that a big effort was made to satisfy customers. Position of hotel was also very good. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Room service was a problem for us. The person who brought us our meal was unhelpful. He charged us more than what was on the menu and when we pointed that out he just said, "do you want me to take it away" When we saw management the next day they investigated our complaint, apologised and refunded us for the meal.

Прекрасный отель с особой атмосферой уюта и элегантности! Номер был чистым и комфортным, персонал — приветливым и внимательным. Отличное расположение позволяет легко гулять по городу и посещать основные достопримечательности. Завтраки вкусные, а обслуживание на высоком уровне. Всё продумано для комфортного отдыха. Остались очень довольны пребыванием и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова. Рекомендуем Marrol’s Boutique Hotel!
