The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list.

No encontraras un mejor hotel en el centro histórico
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien conservado, con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia placentera, contactos, cafetera, baño con barras de seguridad, cama y almohadas excelentes, personal muy atento y siempre esperando ayudar, del desayuno buffet excelente, ubicación muy buena, barrio elegante y tranquilo

Cons:

En realidad todo estuvo muy bien, fue una estancia de las mejores en mi viaje, incluso mejor que los hoteles de Viena, Praga y Bidapest

An Old World gem in Old City
Pros:

This is a European gem that feels both Old Worldly and new. Old Worldly in that the lobby/library bar and restaurant have a sophisticated (yet approachable) feel. New in that there's all the services you need (water in lobby; free wifi; fridge/coffee in room; gorgeous outdoor terrace). The staff is out at your service and couldn't be more accommodating - they packed a nice boxed breakfast/lunch for me as I had an early flight my check out date and missed breakfast. And wow to breakfast served in their elegant restaurant.

Super acomodação com tudo de bom
Pros:

Excelente localização, café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento nota 10 e ainda nos deram dica de um passeio que não estava no nosso planejamento e foi muito legal. Recomendo para quem puder.

Por incrível que pareça não tenho críticas ao hotel e nem ao atedimento ou comida.

Dette var en komplett utstyrt leilighet - passet utmerket for familie på fire med to tenåringer.

God frokost og be de lage en cappuccino til deg servert i glass i stedet for selv å benytte maskin.

Sleepless in bratislava
Pros:

Again European hotels are saving money by not offering air-conditioning and only have heating working...the staff say they are helpless and can't do anything about this...we got a great room...but was very hot ....we had to open the windows which made the room very noisy with construction and constant traffic noise...we had a miserable sleepless night....

Perfect for two nights and very comfortable

Comfortable bed, luxury bed linen, spotlessly clean, soft towels, luxury bathing products, super friendly and helpful staff and location was perfect.

Cons:

The hotel was fully booked and struggled to cope at busy breakfast time. Staff were clearly stressed but they did step in and offered to bring breakfast to us in the library.
