The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list.

Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування- до 10 хв до набережної, 5 хв до центру. Красивий, номер, достатньо просторий. Замовляли номер з виходом на терасу- і це було ідеально- вихід на внутрішній дворик, доступ був лишу у нас. На терасі гарні рослини, столик і стільчики. Ідеально тихо. Дуже зручна гардеробна.

Cons:

1. Не зовсім привітна пані на рецепції, яка спілкувалась так, наче свекруха, до якої приїхала невістка. Не хамила, але і не була рада нас бачити. Без уніформи, що здивувало. В ресторані на сніданку теж не привітний персонал, який навіть не вітався першим і не посміхався. Єдиний привітний співробітник- портьє-носій багажу.
2. В номері найбільшою проблемою була незручна постіль- і матрац і подушки, дуже високі і некомфортні, хоча їх було багато- жодної зручної.
3. В ванній в умивальнику змішувач такий тугий, що дитина 10 років не могла сама відкрити воду, щоразу треба було їй допомагати, навіть для мене це було складно, це можна було б відрегулювати, сподіваюсь після відгуку запросять сантехніка це виправити.
4. Одноманітні сніданки, з дуже маленьким вибором пісних страв, що стало для мене проблемою.
5.вода і капсули для кави були лише в перший день. Хоча написано, що у водопроводі- питна вода, ми не ризикували і доводилось купувати воду.
6. Парковка висотою 190 см, і машина з верхнім багажником не змогла заїхати, довелось паркуватися на вулиці. Ціна- 2€ за годину, вночі без оплати.
