The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list.

Guests requiring a confirmation letter from Marrol's Boutique Hotel for Visa purposes are subject to a nonrefundable fee. Please contact the property for further details.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Great location for Bratislava old town
Pros:

Great location; Houdini restaurant tasting menu was great

Cons:

Room was uncomfortably warm. While the AC was on and it appeared as though you could adjust it, it seems that it was set to not go below 24.5C

Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr gut, sehr gute Matratzen, toll war das die Fenster ein Fliegengitter hatten, zum Innenhof sehr ruhig!
