The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list.

Great hotel
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff were great, storing our bags, giving us a map and restaurant recommendations. Spacious, comfortable room, good aircon, and a good location for everything in the city.

Fantástico
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a cinco minutos andando del centro. El desayuno es muy bueno. La habitación espaciosa, con cafetera y cápsulas , también calentador de agua para infusiones y una pequeña nevera.
En general todo muy bien, volvería a repetir.

Cons:

El colchón un poco duro para mi gusto y la bañera muy alta.

Flott hotell og meget velholdt i perfekt avstand til alt!
Pros:

Beliggenheten var perfekt - kort gåavstand til Donau og det historiske sentrum. Frokosten var veldig god og variert, pluss at man kunne bestille fra egen meny også.
Badet var fantastisk med gammel stil. Rent og pent!

Cons:

Sengene var litt harde og puten akkurat litt for høy - ellers var alt toppers!

Auf Marrol’s ist verlass - ein Hotel mit Stil und Charme
Pros:

Wir kommen jedes Jahr hierher und lieben dieses Hotel wegen des Interior, der Lage sowie dem wunderbaren Spa.

Cons:

Dieses Mal schien die Dame an der Rezeption etwas viel Stress gehabt zu haben, sie vergaß uns zu begrüßen und schien genervt. Vermutlich waren sie unterbesetzt.
Dafür gab es einen überaus freundlichen jungen Concierge.
