The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property and the credit card has to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that the Jasmine SPA is open exclusively to the person who booked it and his/her guests. Maximum capacity of the spa is 6 people and minimum stay is 2 hours. It should be booked in advance and is a matter of availability. Price of the Jasmine SPA is not included in the room rate and is based on the hotels price list.

Bratislava - Beste Adresse!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Obere Stockwerke mit Lift problemlos erreichbar. Gutes bzw grosszügiges Frühstück, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum - immer genügend Platz. Sehr schöne und ruhige Zimmer.

Una notte a Bratislava
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, pulizia nella norma, camera spaziosa. Arredamento molto bello!

Cons:

Nulla che non va ma da un 5 stelle mi aspetto decisamente di più. Cuscini scomodi, colazione nella norma senza eccellenze e vasca da bagno piccolina invece della doccia.

Piacevole e confortevole
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro storico. Camere ampie e dotate di tutti confort: letti comodi con più cusini. Ambiente silenzioso. In camera a disposizione un bollitore te tisane e caffe, oltre ad una bottiglia d'acqua che però una volta consumata non è stata sostituita. L'acqua del rubinetto è potabile e molto buona. Bagno pulito, set di cortesia con prodotti di ottima qualità. Cambio biancheria da bagno giornaliero. Colazione buona ma non eccellente. Diversi tipi di pane (anche senza glutine) ma la vairietà del settore dolce non molto ricca. Personale sempre disponibile e attento alle richieste. Un encomio particolare a Thomas che ci ha accolto con calore e professionalità fornendo anche utili consigli sui siti da visitare e indicandoci posti dove mangiare fuori dal circuito turistico.

Cons:

La colazione. non adeguata al livello dell'hotel. Era presente un'unica torta e i prodotti da forno non di un buon livello.
