Pros:

オーシャンスウィートの部屋が最高でした。広々とした清潔でオシャレな部屋に、ベッドやソファの設えもGOOD、リファのシャワー、ドライヤーも素晴らしかった。岩盤浴や冷蔵庫の豊富なドリンクのルームの無料サービス、食事も美味しかった。オーシャンビューの部屋付きの露天風呂は2歳の娘も大喜びで朝にもタップリ入りました。

予約後、問い合わせの時の電話対応が非常に残念でした。車椅子の同伴者がおり介護タクシーの都合でチェックインの１時間前に到着しそうだったため相談しました。しかし掃除の出入りや宅急便の対応があるからなど、とてもホテルスタッフの言動とは思えない回答でした。どれだけ掃除に力を入れているのかと思えば空気清浄機はホコリまみれ、風呂はカビだらけ。迷惑そうな対応をされ、もう利用することはないです。

部屋の露天風呂や大浴場は凄くよかった　
料理もお腹いっぱいになった
ただ　4人でとまり2人ベットで2人お布団だったが敷布団がペラペラ過ぎて酷かった
それが残念だった

部屋は広いのに、造りがもったいないです。
①トイレ後の手洗い場がなく、洗面まで行こうと思うと遠い②露天風呂があるが、脱衣所がない③和室の部分が狭くて端っこすぎるので使いにくい(その他の場所は無駄に広いのに)③和室の方の布団の敷布団が薄すぎる
悪いとまではいかない、というか、違和感というか勿体無いというか、不思議というか…
ご飯も美味しいのもあるのに、何かたりたい感じです。
