Excepcional para repetir.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal sobre todo el de animación, en especial Elena, Diego y Lolo. Me gustó mucho que hubiera club teen.

Pros:

Ubicación, bufet bueno, personal muy bueno. Gimnasio también decente y piscinas muy bien.

Cons:

Almohadas muy incómodas, el césped no estaba en su mejor estado. Si no vas con niños y buscas tranquilidad, piénsatelo. Es un hotel pensado para familias.

Wonderful Spanish holidays.
Pros:

Location and facilities- very nice swimming pools, beautiful garden, a lot of activities for children. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day. We had amazing view for the sea. Food was good for breakfast and diner. Time of meals was also very ok. Wonderful attractions at evening for adults and children.

Cons:

Our sank in bathroom was stacked. It was very hard to pump cosmetics from bottles in the shower (shampoo and gel). Lifts and corridors in the hotel are quite old- it requires renovation. For breakfast they serve eggs "3".

La struttura è molto ampia e ben curata. È composta da una parte più moderna, recentemente rinnovata, e da una parte più datata. Le aree comuni, le piscine e i giardini sono ben mantenuti e creano un’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale è cordiale e il buffet offre una buona varietà di piatti. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere facilmente sia Estepona che Marbella.

Cons:

La camera tripla non è assolutamente adatta ad ospitare tre adulti. Il terzo letto è poco confortevole e gli spazi risultano troppo ridotti per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Inoltre, consiglio di prestare attenzione al trattamento di mezza pensione: le bevande durante la cena, non sono incluse e questo aspetto dovrebbe essere evidenziato con maggiore chiarezza al momento della prenotazione. Anche il parcheggio è a pagamento, un’informazione che è bene considerare prima dell’arrivo. Infine, consiglio, se possibile, di richiedere una camera nella parte più nuova della struttura, poiché quella più datata risulta meno moderna e confortevole.

Een ramp. Blijf weg uit dit hotel!

Enkel en alleen het uitzicht om naar de zee te kijken was positief. Letterlijk ieder ander aspect was ver onder de maat. Blijf weg uit dit hotel!

Cons:

Alles was ver onder de maat. Ik begrijp niet hoe het hotel aan de positieve vakanties komt. Eten was eentonig, zeer weinig keus, koud, smakeloos. Soms zelfs smerig. Vlees en vis rauw. Elke dag bijna hetzelfde eten. Veel gefrituurd. Lange rijen. Ze zeggen dat ze 2 buffetrestaurants hebben. Het zijn twee met exact hetzelfde eten. Dus gewoon 1 restaurant eigenlijk. Personeel was overal onvriendelijk en kortaf. Overal viezigheid en rommel. Wordt nauwelijks geveegd. De toiletten overal in het hotel vies en kapot. Werd tussendoor nergens schoongemaakt. Elke dag poepincident in het zwembad waardoor die afgezet moest worden. Gasten voornamelijk van Spaanse komaf. Die kenden blijkbaar geen zwemluiers. Bedden waren zeer hard. Ik werd elke dag met rugpijn wakker. Sofabed niet te doen, ligt scheef en in een kuil. Mijn dochter van 5 jaar klaagde zelfs van rugpijn.
Bij aankomst geen service om koffers weg te brengen. Ook geen drankjes etc. Hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen. Je moet maar geluk hebben als je in het iets nieuwere gebouw zit. De kamers in het andere gebouw: airco’s die niet werken, lekkage in het plafond, plafond viel eraf! ‘ s nachts geen elektriciteit, geen haddoeken of handzeep op de badkamer, lawaai van het zwembad.
Strand bestaat uit kiezels en rotsen. Harde golven. Je kunt niet in de zee zwemmen. Het strand werd niet schoongemaakt. Overal afval en algen. Ook kwam er een vieze visgeur/rioolgeur vanaf het strand af. Handdoekendienst: je mag tussendoor niet jouw handdoek wisselen voor een droge. Dan moet je een euro per handdoek betalen. All inclusief formule voor drankjes: heel veel niet inbegrepen. Je krijgt een chip, bij het inleveren krijg je een beker. Daarmee loop je naar de bar voor je volgende drankje. Zo loop je de hele dag of met je bekers rond of moet je opletten dat niemand jouw lege beker meeneemt. Het hele hotel was ongezellig van uitstraling. Het zijn lange brede gangen, wit en steriel.
