Location is good but facilities are old

The location is convenient. The price is reasonable

Cons:

The lobby restaurant was very slow, you have to wait at least 45 mins for your food to be served and I think the food price there is too expensive for the service and taste they provide. Although you can get 15% discount as a guest you still have to ask the hotel lobby for a voucher, that should be given automatically as a guest.

While the bed was comfortable the sofa in our studio was very old.

This my fifth time in this hotel it's absolutely very convenient location food are everywhere,room was absolutely beautiful staff are very courteous always ready to help.

Cons:

I noticed there lots of Indian tourists, your buffet must cater at least one or two dishes vegetarian, I myself don't eat beef and pork, it's good to have one or two such dish to make memorable stay. Most important thing, hotel interior looks old specially toilet, I strongly recommend to redo entirely toilets and shower area it's very outdated, no more old looking bath tub and its also very harder to get in and out because shower attached to it. Bath tub is very old and it's very slippery, I hope management seriously looks in to this before anyone slip and fall.There is sign say dial 0 for rubber mat,it's ridiculous to ask rubber mat from housekeeper it should be in the bath tub always. That doesn't make sense.And room carpet must shampoo it's so much of patches and very faded colours. With stain marks.
