die zentrale lage, die grösse der zimmer, das preis- leistungsverhältnis ist super, obwohl swhr zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig😉,
es stehen 3 aufzügen zur verfügung, dies bedarf keine wartezeiten😉

Cons:

ich muss gestehen, schon mehrmals in diesem hotel übernachtet zu haben, aber ich schreibe nur eine einmalige beurteilung😉
die abwicklung beim check-in/ check-out ist überwiegend eine katastrophe😉
einmal wurde mein check-in-akt nicht wieder gefunden, somit musste ich beim auschecken nochmals einchecken😉
einmal wurde auf meine zimmerreinigung einfach vergessen😉
ein anderes mal musste ich über 30 min beim check-in warten, obwohl der check-in ab 14 uhr möglich war😉
wieder ein anderes mal musste ich 45 min beim check out warten😉
der mitarbeiter am tourist schalter ist nur zum nasenbohren, aber für keinerlei auskünfte😉
ALS ICH BESCHWERDE EINLEGTE, WURDE ICH ÜBERFREUNDLICH BEHANDELT😉
ist nicht meine art, war aber wirkungsvoll
