Good for what it’s worth
Pros:

Great location and good for what it’s worth. The gym and pool are also plus.

Cons:

Very slow checkout process - I waited 30minutes and had to follow up on the checkout. The age of the facilities can be seen on the room, furniture and fixtures.

I wont recommend and will not repeat my stay here.
Pros:

Its in the city cntre. Staffs were helpful and friendly

Cons:

The hotel didnt provide coffee in the room. No iron. Shower is splashing water out all directions. No bidet. Worst thing is the window lock is outside!! So anyone can open it from outside. Whats the point of locking the door??

Pros:

Staff is good 😊 aesthetic wise good

Cons:

Hotels cleanliness is a littl bad. The moment you step in the elevator you will see and feel it, a lot of discoloration in th place too it reminds me a bit of cheap motel. TV is not a smart TV like bruh it's 2026.

It’s decide next time I may not choose Birjaya hotel

Staff is very good humble yes

Cons:

It’s not matter of like
1 - elevators (Lift) in bad conditions feel like any time incident happened when you go in lift it makes sound and always shaky till you reach your floor.
2 - tv is very old and very small size.
3 - if you ask extra water as they provide 33 mill 2 bottles for 24 hrs they demand extra money.
4 - room carpet is very bad condition looks 50 years old house keeping not use vacuums cleaners at all.
5 - Rooms light is not enough if you like light in room it not enough also no table lamp in room as normally all hotel room have it.

Hope booking.com pass all issues to Birjaya mgmt. to address the issues.

Pros:

I was given a noisy location. I was advised to be transferred next day but they never did.

Cons:

bed is super low, room location is next to elevator, no amenities available other than toothbrush and soap.
