Fantastic stay all around at a great price. No surprise fees. A+ stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! Super easy check in, valet parking ($40), and even though it wasn’t in the description there was a really great continental breakfast with an omelet bar included in the stay. Free coffee/cocoa/snacks in the lobby 24/7. A cute little dog lounge in the lobby. The staff was SUPER friendly! Like everyone we talked to was incredibly polite and helpful. Food at Backstage was excellent. Property was really clean and quiet. Just about everything is walkable from there.

Cons:

The only gripe was that there are a lot of homeless on that block because there is a shelter across the street, but other than some broken glass on the sidewalk it wasn’t really a problem. It was still really quiet and everyone was super chill and respectful. A total non-issue once you get used to it.

Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Quiet HVAC system. Good valet car park service. Great breakfast comes with room stay. Great spot in old downtown Providence. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

Cons:

One front desk staff woman a little snippy. Some additional attention to detailed cleaning around room edges needed.

Had an amazing experience!! Amazing service. All thanks to Jairo and Jake, they made my experience ten times greater, with their great hospitality and kindness. Definitely will be coming back

Pros:

My first room 324 (suite) was NOT clean! There were MnM’s on the rug in bedroom and entryway. It looked like it had NOT been vacuumed at all. I arrived late after a verrry long day traveling - I cleaned the room and went to bed. AND … it was $240 a night (+fees). + $40 parking. I was not impressed.
