Historic building, nice neighbourhood. Clean.
Good restaurant sur place, although breakfast is not included but we received 2 vouchers for 4 persons for the entire stay (10 USD in total). Small value but at least you can use it at the restaurant which has good prices and tasty food for breakfast.
Spacious bathroom. The flexible shower was a blessing per European standards.
Complimentary coffee and muffins/cookies all day in the reception lobby although they run out of these quickly and forget to replenish.
Our room had a view to a brick wall (2 meters in front) so it was dark, almost no natural light. We were not notified about this aspect at the check in. No slippers. The welcome package (popcorn, small piece of chocolate) should be reconsidered, to say the least.
Historical hotel with great location and valet parking making it super convenient as soon as you arrive. The hotel is super clean, the staff helpful and friendly. In the morning there is a free breakfast on the ground floor with some sofas/table to sit down, cookies are available in the evening. It was a perfect base to discover RI during the day and have dinner in the evening in the many restaurants within 5-10min walk from the hotel.
Location. Very tidy , good size room
Nothing
Bed was good. Bathroom clean.
Location was in front of a homeless shelter with street full of homeless. Stepping out always felt unsafe. Also the coffee was from last day and cold. Had to complain to get a fresh cup brewed
I liked the old charm and the lobby. The valet service staff was incredible.
The rooms are a lot smaller than what it was made to seem. There is a good shelter across from the hotel, so unhoused people gather there all hours of the day and night. On several occasions we saw people do illegal drugs over there. And they can get quite loud.
Very unhelpful front desk.
The actual hotel itself is pretty and the rooms are nice. The lobby was gorgeous and the front desk staff were pleasant. The room was very spacious, clean, good A/C on a hot summer day, great size bathroom, and very cozy beds.
The location is very scetchy! Streets were lined with homeless people and it felt slightly unsafe to walk to dinner with my daughter. There is no parking on site and valet only runs certain hours so if you have an early morning flight like we did you can't valet. We parked at the closest parking garage on the same street and ovee night was $150 and again a vert scary dark walk to get the car in the morning. The neighborhood was not great!
I was politely greeted by Sebastian at the front desk who immediately made a connection w me. We were there to drop my daughter off at JWU. He graduated from there too.
Everything was exceptional.
Location
They got rid of the free breakfast on weekends!
The staff were exceptionally helpful. I wish I could remember all of their names. One person in particular stands out, though: A man named Raffy. He is superb! He is so helpful and friendly.

Hotel was beautiful! Food in restaurant was good. Central location, near cute shops.
The property is right across the street from a shelter, so there were constantly a group of men hanging around outside yelling at you. It was uncomfortable, especially as we were 4 women traveling alone. The staff all seemed to not care about anything. They were extremely nonchalant. The beds are loud for some reason. Fruits for buffet were rotten and flies were everywhere on food. Room had no hand soap or conditioner upon arrival.
The room was ok
Bed a bit hard, breakfast was terrible and outside the hotel if felt a dodgy area
This hotel was a huge disappointment. The advertised amenities were completely lacking. The bed was uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty, breakfast had been eaten hours before it was served, and there were no towels. Furthermore, the reception was unmanned during peak hours.
