overall a good option with ok prices for paris (most stuff in this price level is worse)
Pros:

The place is well located directly at a metro station connecting you to the inner city and close to a lot of restaurants as well as a beautiful park. The Room is fine, we had a room to the backyard which is great because it is quiet! towards the road it is very loud, so I recommend requesting one to the back if you are sensitive regarding sound (you still hear other guests, thou). Besides that there is a nice yard outside where you can sit, thats nice and cozy on hot days.

Cons:

The kitchen is fine, but not well-equipped (pods had no lids and so on) --> if you want to boil some noodels it is ok, but dont bank on cooking there properly. Also, the furniture is just ok - the plastic chairs are not amazing and make sounds if you sit on them.

Good place to stay in Paris, we'll happily come back here
Pros:

Good price for Paris in a very convenient location, just minutes from the Ourck Metro station. All the staff were helpful, our room wasn't fancy, but was convenient, with a small kitcheonette, large bathroom, and small desk and table. The public area outside is quite nice as well.

Pros:

Personnel super gentil, quartier avec beaucoup de commodités autour (resto, boulangerie, pharmacie), bouche de métro en face, pour un séjour où la chambre sert seulement à dormir ça fait la job.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de douche à proprement dit, c'est seulement une pomme de douche dans le coin de la salle de bain, sans mur, sans rideau, à côté de la toilette et lavabo donc lorsque quelqu'un prend sa douche, la 2e personne ne peut pas utiliser la toilette ou rentrer dans la salle de bain pour prendre un item car sinon il se fait mouiller. Ça fait en sorte que tu as froid aussi quand tu prends ta douche. Mais bon ce n'est pas la fin du monde, au moins tu peux te laver pareil.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Check in & checkout läuft problemlos, die Lage ist sehr gut direkt an der ubahn Station. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war gut! Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Es ist 24/7 mit Karte zugänglich. Für ein kurzes Wochenende ok, ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre hier nix geworden.

Cons:

Es sieht absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist schon sehr abgewohnt und die eingebaute Küche ist mehr Deko als sonst was. Es war leider auch nicht sauber, Haare überall im Badezimmer & auch die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Es gab keinen täglichen Zimmer Service bzw. Reinigung - wenn man das wollte müsse man extra zahlen (was nicht bei Buchung ersichtlich war - dort stand mit täglicher Reinigung). Sollte man die Küche benutzen müsse man auch extra zahlen, so habe ich zumindest die Schilder an der Tür verstanden.

Cons:

There was mold on my bathroom wall, i asked them to change my room but all the rooms they had were too small and they didn’t offer me any compensation for the change also the other rooms also had some mold, one of the rooms they offer was in the other side which the elevator was broken and instead of offering to help me bringing my stuff up they told me i could leave my luggage downstairs until they come to fix the elevator which they didn’t know when it would be fixed. I decided staying in the same room and asked them to fix the mold. They said they would shave it off and paint over but i’m pretty sure they didn’t add any mold killer before painting. Also it’s a hotel that doesn’t have cleaning room service.
