Pros:

La struttura si trova accanto alla fermata della metro Ourcq che è collegata molto bene con tutte le altre linee.

Cons:

L’appartamento è abbastanza piccolo ma c’è tutto il necessario se il vostro soggiorno dura solo qualche giorno. Non c’è il servizio di pulizia.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett. Zusätzlich hat es uns sehr freundlich geholfen, nachdem wir unsere Zimmerkarte verloren haben. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Straße. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen, gut schallisoliert. Die Nähe zur U-bahn, aber auch zum Butte de Chaumont. Die vielen Restaurants und Möglichkeiten für den Einkauf von Lebensmittel.

Cons:

Der Geruch nach billigen Putzmitteln im Eingangsbereich des Hauses (nicht in den Zimmern!)
Duschkabine ist extrem eng.

Mi è sicuramente piaciuta la posizione, comodissima per spostarsi in tutta la città e si trovava in un quartiere non molto caro e bello per passeggiare, anche i servizi e la disponibilità del personale é ottima

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla stazione metropolitana,praticamente sotto la struttura. Zona comoda per ristoranti,bar e market. Il personale si é reso molto disponibile nel cambiarci il mini appartamento perché quello assegnato risultava essere un appartamento fumatori e la puzza di fumo era fortemente percepita. Il secondo ,essendo non fumatori , è risultato essere molto confortevole oltre che spazioso,dotato di tutto quello che serve per poter sfruttare la cucina in caso di necessità. Ottima la postazione per ricaricare l’acqua all’ingresso. Comodissimo il deposito bagagli dopo il check-out .

Pros:

Very good location, with the metro stop just in front. Spacious room for Paris, a small kitchen with good facilities (if you don't have plan to make complex meals), a good and clean bathroom. The bed was somewhat hard, but that was just what we wanted ... but perhaps not for everyone's liking.

Cons:

The only thing that really bothered us was the sound isolation: the noises from the street (when you have a room at the front of the building) can be disturbing. Also noises from other rooms and the hallway can be disrupt a good night sleep.
