Breakfast was good other than the fact the juice machine was broken both days and they had no juice alternative.
I called the front desk to ask them to change son’s comforter because it had an old bandaid on it and the front desk said they would but then never showed. I even called to remind. Then when we returned from our event the same comforter with the same bandaid was still on his bed. I called down again and a gentleman this time told me there’s nothing he can do because he doesn’t have access to the sheets and blankets. Only housekeeping does and they weren’t there. He then offered me a blanket before realizing they ran out. It was very annoying.
It was close to where I needed to be
The door was super hard to open and close. The toilet was hard to flush. The shower curtain was destroyed and water got every where. I asked for towels and never got them. The evaluator was loud and unsettling
We did not have reservations. The clerk was not inviting. We could not get the Hilton Honors rate, and the elevator call button did not work (except for the ground floor) We would have to call "0" to have them call the elevator.
The room was noisy because of the closeness to the highway. That was understandable, but we could also hear the people on the 3rd floor move about.
My wife mentioned that the jacuzzi bath had hair in it and did not look clean. We did not shower in the morning.
Lastly, the clerk in the morning as we turned in our keys did not even smile or acknowledge us. Her response, "That's all".

This hotel needs to be closed down and fully renovated. I've never stayed in a more decrepit building. The staff were all friendly, but the building is falling apart. It's woefully outdated, the driveway entrance is hard to see, treacherous approach from the road, and there's trash everywhere. Walls are thin. One elevator was out of order all week. Outside keypad entries were not working. Ice machines out of order on two out of four floors. Cheap and broken coffee maker. No drawers for clothes. Dank smell in all hallways. Garbage bags left in hallways. Electric outlets damaged. TV froze all the time. I have emailed the managers and they don't seem to be acknowledging how broken down this place is. DON'T stay here if you don't have to! I doubt the building is up to code electrically. Had to put all my weight into flushing the toilet.
Main entrance has some construction but luckily was able to find the 2nd entrance. Room was clean. Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Great stay!
Room, elevators dirty , electric outlet not functional
I had requested handicapped accomodations. I was given a room on the second floor, with an elevator that was not operational from the second floor. There were no drinking cups in the bathroom. The breakfast was great, but they allowed a patron to be in the eating area barefoot!! The receptionist had no idea where the area churches were located. I could go on and on. Sorry, I typed this in the wrong box!!! The place should be closed!! Disgusting! I left two ddays early!

Breakfast was great. The pool was small but okay.
The first entrance was closed due to pot holes covered with orange cones. There was no signage to direct you to the next entrance. The hotel look abandoned upon arrival. The side doors had notes that they didn't work so we carried all our luggage through the front door to find out that the side doors worked on and off. The hallways look outdated. The bathroom need a real upgrade not bandaids. Our refrigerator made noise all night. I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Charlotte and it was phenomenal this location is far from comparison.
