AC didn't work in first room. they remidied quickly and moved my room
New room AC worked, but shower head didn't adjust, mirrored closet door taped, magnet falling off

Convenient location ~ close to restaurants and nearby Middlebury and Naugatuck.
Pros:

Conveniently located and good front desk staff and updated bathroom.

Cons:

The vending machine didn’t work and may have charged me even though I didnt get the snack. Internet didn’t connect.

Moldy breakfast
Pros:

Room was fine, staff was nice enough. Breakfast in the morning was food that had mold on it. Manager called me and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong. Said “I ate some fruit and it was fine”. I brought the moldy fruit to the attention of the front desk and they did dispose of it. Apparently they get a box of fruit every 2 weeks that they have to make last.

I won’t stay here again

Love the employees & pool! Room should have been cleaned better. Not safe when things are not vacuumed up.
Pros:

Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean.

Cons:

My room appeared clean until I moved the little ottomans from under the desk and there was two blue clear Advils on the floor. Thankfully kids did not get to them. Also there is tape on the wall behind the door maybe from a party or something prior to my stay. Usually the rooms are clean. Not sure what happened but I am grateful I found the Advil before the kids.
