It was a very nice hotel and clean. The pool was nice and close walk downtown to Gatlinburg.

Pros:

Econo Lodge is a great location to downtown Gatlinburg. Very clean. We stayed in the carport side which was perfect for us because it was 90 degrees and my car was under the carport. Our room was huge, compared to others I’ve stayed in. I loved that the bathroom sink is actually in the bathroom. Using booking.com got me a great low price & going before Memorial Day was the best time. Not busy at all. Usually the streets are shoulder to shoulder people. I would highly recommend Econo Lodge.

Cons:

If you have a hard time walking ,this motel is on a slight slope from the downtown area. My sister uses a walker & was not able to walk it. Otherwise, it’s very walkable.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice. Perfect start to the day. Staff was always friendly. The location was exceptional, especially with the value of the room. Free parking can't be beat.

Cons:

The office manager or owner looked into our room one morning. Our window was open, as we were having our breakfast, and he pressed his face right up to our window. It was weird. Also pillows were too soft. Hard to sleep on.
