Only stayed couple days. Couldn’t take a nap during the day due to renovations but I know that’s part of updating

Cons:

Thought we booked room with a couch The breakfast only has two tables for customers. So you either waited for a seat and didn’t eat. Definitely need better facilities for breakfast

It’s convenient to downtown good room for the price
Pros:

Very convenient to downtown good walk most of the trip unless leaving the area,the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Air conditioning could have worked better our room never really got cool went to the staff at the desk about a couple things we noticed as soon as got there they was like oh that happens we felt like it should have been fixed or tried to be fixed but it wasn’t big issues so other than that it was good

We rented a queen suite with two beds side by side with a nice open floor plan. When we checked in and got to our room it was nothing like pictured at all. It was dark and musty, and one bed was centered in the room and one was over in a dark corner in a weird location. Our refrigerator was also frozen over and we had to defrost it, didn't seem to help. Once I discovered that it wasn't the room we had booked from the photos on their website I went to the front desk and made them aware of it and requested the room I had paid for. I was told to just sleep in it and talk to the manager in the morning. It was late and we had driven 4 hours with the kids and just wanted to sleep so we just made the best of it for the night. Morning came and I went to the front desk to speak with a manager and they were nowhere to be found so I asked the person at the front desk again and then they said 9:30-10 am the manger would be there so I waited and went back and it was the same run around I had been dealing with. At this point I was over it and just called booking and requested a full refund. The people at booking were understanding and got right to work on trying to resolve the situation to no avail. They sent emails and the property and they didn't even bother to open them. Booking customer service ended up having to call them to get my refund started leaving us to find a more comfortable room that worked for us and our kids elsewhere. Now I'm just waiting for my refund.
