We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.
Pros:

We liked that it was very close to everything. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was hard.

It was a decent stay. Could improve.
Pros:

In the center of Gatlinburg.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. Small dining area. Our room wasn’t as clean as expected.

Loved the area and felt safe. Would book again. First time staying as I’ve stayed at many hotels.
Pros:

Loved the fact it was close to everything in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again especially on bottom floor.

Cons:

What would be great would be the lights in hotel not enough bright light. Better breakfast options.

I liked the convenience of the location

Cons:

Upon arrival there were stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases. The toilet would barely flush. We kept having to fill the tank up with water. The sink was clogged and kept filling up every time we used it.
