Will not stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Close to convention center.

Cons:

The room was not clean, it smelled like mold. Sheets and pillowcases had holes in them. Pillows were yellow. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one, just couldn’t sleep there another night. The reviews online were good is the only reason I booked it and it was close to the convention center.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here annually for 6 years now. This year we decided to get the king suite and it was far from what I expected. The baseboards were pulling from walls with mold behind. Stains all over the drop ceiling tiles, dust bunnies handing from lamps, walls, head boards. Bathroom floor missing pieces and worst of all the musty/mildew smell is awful. We both had sore throats and felt sick after a week here.

Cons:

Pool was nice and staff were great.

The room near a serious update
Pros:

Location was great near the parkway

Cons:

The pictures on there web page needs to be updated they are real outdated. Doesn’t say which rooms had balconies. I paid for a Queen Suite only to be told it doesn’t have a balcony so they down graded me to a room with a balcony but no money was refunded to me. Very disappointed on that part if the web page has which rooms has balconies I wouldn’t paid the upgrade to a suite.

Staff was very helpful. Mini fridge and microwave worked well.

Pros:

It was quiet and loved that they had rocking chairs outside your room that was comfortable. Liked that it was very well lit up, and you can get coffee and drinks any time. They have free breakfast. I love the location. Staff was friendly and nice

The room did have a musty smell but nothing unbearable.

Peaceful and relaxing

Close to everything, covered parking. Breakfast was good, could have been better with bagels that were toasted. Toaster not turned on.
