More than disappointing
Pros:

Nothing. As soon as I opened the door, I was welcome by a strong smell. On the white walls there’s some dirt. It looked like they haven’t cleaned this room for ages. There was a roach crawling in the bathroom. It was so bad that I had to check out at 1AM. The noises outside and from the people on top. That motel needs a better management and needs to be redone. I have been to Motel 6 before in other cities and it was not bad. This one is the worst hotel I ever been to.

It wasn't that good!
Pros:

I like the area.

Cons:

The hotel need room needed to be cleaned alot better. The parking lot had dog shit everywhere from people walking their dogs, and letting them shit and piss all around the parking lot without cleaning behind their dogs.

Motel room was very dirty I looked at six or seven rooms they were all filthy and dirty bathtub had pills all over it toilets were clogged sink was clogged place smelled horrible lobby also was smelling of smoke I asked for housekeeping two times they never showed up once I checked out there were two days that were unaccounted for they could not provide me a receipt I paid cash that day but they could not provide me a receipt for that particular day I was able to get all my other receipts for when I went on booking.com

A working toilet would've been better no spider webs and roaches would've been great too and a comfortable bed definitely would've been icing on the cake.
