Petit déjeuner

Cons:

Rester coincé dehors a 23h00, n avoir personne qui répond au numéro indiqué sur la porte, et voir le gardien se rouler une cigarette a l intérieur? Cette partie du service est à pleurer.

Bâtiment vétusté, alarmes antifeu qui pendouillent au bout du couloir...

Tout était parfait, bien situé à côté du métro, climatisé, petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Hotel bien placé, et garage pratique.

Cons:

Les hôtels IBIS sont toujours confortables, mais celui-ci est un.peu vieillot.
Le personnel d'accueil n'est vraiment pas accueillant même un peu désagréable.
Du moins la personne présente le jour de notre venue.

l'accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite pour le petit déjeuner. L'employé ne savait pas que l'on pouvait passer par l'extérieur, le chemin était encombré car travaux, une chaine barrait le passage.

Le fait que personne ne réponde au téléphone alors qu'on a indiqué d'appeler le matin pour réserver le parking. 23 appels entre 7h et 9h30 pour finalement apprendre a l'arrivée quil n'y a plus de place de parking. Décevant et service 0

Pros:

Nice variety at breakfast. Car parking.

Cons:

On our trip to France we stayed in four Ibis. This was by far the worst. Air conditioning was not working and we couldn’t breathe in the room it was so hot. Apparently the boiler had broken down. Not acceptable. Awful experience.
