Un hôtel très bien situé pour un weekend à Lyon
Pros:

Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant. Une mention "très bien" pour le jeune concierge de l'hôtel, apparemment en stage, qui était prévenant, poli, disponible et particulièrement sympathique. Le calme est très important : j'étais au sixième étage sur cour et c'était parfait.

Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Hôte très bien situé dans le quartier LA croix rousse. Surtout réserver à l agence une place de parking auprès de l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Lyon.

Cons:

Personnel agréable bien que nous ayons une chambre où le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons demandé une solution mais l agent de l accueil devait en trouvé une et n'a rien fait. Il a fallu reiterer le soir à l agent de soirée pour qu'elle nous monte un radiateur d appoint. Merci à elle.
