Bed was rock solid. Pillow no cushion at all. Blanket was so small that it could only cover 1 person and I had to get a spare camping blanket from my car, that I luckily had with me (Requested for 1 more blanket and the staff said they didn't have). Heard sounds from other rooms all night, even the water/drainage running through the wall. I totally understand the price is cheap (after promotion) but this quality is unacceptable I believe.

There was no customer service at all.

Staff couldn't speak basic English and didn't seem local. I’ve booked other hotels in Bangkok before, and the staff here had zero customer service skills. They were also very strict about check-in time, even though the room I booked was empty.


Hotel/Room

The photos on Booking.com looked nothing like the actual room. The hotel needs a major renovation as everything is deteriorating.

Be aware that the elevator only works between the 1st and 4th floors. If your room is on the 5th floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The noise from the AC was unbearable.

If your room faces the street, expect noise at times.


Location

I actually liked the location in terms of quiteness, though it’s quite far from central Bangkok, where the BTS and MRT run. However, if you don’t use public transport like bus (which of course will takes an hour before you reached any location) and rely on Grab, be prepared to spend a lot on transportation. I recommend choosing a hotel closer to the BTS or MRT to save on both travel time and walking.


Final Note
This will be my first and last stay at this hotel unless they make improvements.
