Cons:

L'absence de stores qui auraient été appreciables avec cette chaleur. Le ménage non réalisé sous le lit, des rideaux déchirés, des murs tachés. Un appartement un peu défraîchi.

Chose the hotel en route to a festival and was exactly what we needed for a last few days relaxing. 10 minute walk to the old harbour and all the facilities we needed (parking, refrigerator)

appart city très bien sauf en cas de forte chaleur
Pros:

le personnel aux petits soins et la propreté de la chambre et du bâtiment.
Petit déjeuner excellent.
La proximité avec le centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture

Cons:

pas d'ascenseur et pas de clim.
Nous sommes partis juste avant la canicule et il faisait déjà chaud à l'intérieur.
Le pauvre ventilateur ne servait pas à grand chose.

Cons:

Matelas très inconfortable et des lattes étaient retirées et mises dans le placard, nous avons appelé, personne ne s'est déplacé, on a été obligés de les remettre nous même.
Nous avons posé des questions au personnel mais on avait clairement l'impression de les déranger......

Résidence bien située pour un séjour à la Rochelle.
Pros:

La résidence est très bien située pas très loin du quartier animé du Vieux Port. La chambre était très propre. Le personnel était accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Il y avait un parking pour la voiture.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol était qu'il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre pour lire, par exemple, sans déranger.
