1 seule nuit pour un passage rapide

Cons:

Établissement qui mérite un rafraîchissement des équipements et des communs. Moquette dans les couloirs sale, meuble abîmé, plusieurs petits matériels dans la chambre défraîchis (abat jour de la lampe tâché, porte savon vide, bureau abîmé par exemple). Peu de prises de courant, pas de couverture supplémentaire mis à disposition.

Apparemment calme malgré des travaux sur le même palier. Nous avons pu dormir jusqu'à 8h30.

Tout était parfait pour une nuit pour un concert à deux pas : proximité recherchée et très appréciée
Pros:

Tout était très bien sans compter des travaux de rénovation actuels mais qui n'avaient pas d'impact sur notre chambre déjà rénovée. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment fabuleux.

Cons:

Rien de négatif si ce n'est la baignoire un peu haute pour une personne âgée (difficile d'y rentrer comme d'en sortir !). Le frigo n'était pas non plus fonctionnel.

venus pour la St Nicolas, nous sommes ravis par la ville, ses habitants, et le mode de logement.
Pros:

l'amabilité de tout le personnel et le calme de la résidence.
le petit déjeuner, copieux, varié, tout très frais, bien organisé ... et toujours cet accueil souriant !
la formule : le confort de l'hôtel (tout était prêt et propre) avec en plus la possibilité de faire de la cuisine, de garer la voiture à la résidence

Cons:

je ne vois pas : j'aurais aimer encore plus près du centre peut-être, mais 20 mn à pied c'est déjà très bien. Quand à la météo, en décembre, il ne faut pas rêver 😉
