Hotel needs a big upgrade basic things are missing

Cons:

I had to change rooms 3 times AC was not working in all

On top the phones in the room were not working so had to go down each time there’s an issue

TV are very old can’t connect phones or access Netflix only thing we can watch was tv

dead cockroach on arrival in bathroom, and shower was filthy. Needed deep clean. was only here for short time wouldn't stay again. the staff in restaurant were lovely. on the front desk they were less than welcoming.

Lovely stay. Have stayed before and would stay again.
Pros:

Price was reasonable, location was good with close proximity to restaurants and shopping centres. Parking was great and easy. Sauna, gym and pool was amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. The room was a bit untidy with an empty can under the bed and some small debris on the bed. first night the air con was down as low as it goes but it was stuffy in the room, like it wasn’t working. Still enjoyed our stay though, just providing feedback for consideration.

Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
Cons:

The room was extremely small with little space to walk or store luggage. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, with a poor-quality mattress and insufficient bedding. Basic tea and coffee facilities were provided, but only two mugs were available despite the booking being for four people. Towels were overly starchy, leaving a residue on the skin, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Toilet paper was also of very low quality.

Although the property had a pool, it was uninviting, with no dry area to place towels or sit comfortably around the poolside. To make matters worse, the breakfast was served cold.
