We enjoyed our short stay it worked well for us attending a concert at Qudos Bank Arena
Pros:

Room was lovely and spacious. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Worked well for my adult daughter and I rather than using fold out bed. Great that a shuttle was offered to Qudos Bank Arena for our concert but a little on expensive side for us to pay $40 each for that. Bus right outside hotel was great - although buses were not running to schedule at all the weekend we stayed.

Cons:

Pillows were not all that comfortable and too high. Needed some other options for stomach and side sleepers a bit lower and less bumpy. The lip in the bathroom for the shower not obvious and quite dangerous (especially as I have a leg issue) Size of the sink in bathroom far too small. Rest of bathroom totally fine.

Don’t go.
Cons:

The pool and spa were disgustingly dirty. The room was never cleaned properly, we had to ask for specific things to be done, which mostly were ignored e.g. for new coffee cups and spoons as they were used dirty and nothing was provided to clean them them - which they never got replaced and they never gave up anything to was them with. We had to wash them in the bathroom. Staff were rude, when we arrived the door was lock, we pressed the bell and watched them continue to talk and ignore us, another guest ended up letting us in.

Pros:

Nice big rooms with a pleasant outlook. The breakfast restaurant was great

Cons:

Room servicing sporadic. The food in the bar restaurant was salty and over cooked. My rare steak was well done and when I complained, they cut the thickest part opened, claimed it was OK and left it with me.
