After paying on booking.com they said I owed $16 more dollars. I asked how and why. They said you just do. I repeatedly ask to be shown why and how, and they refused as well as refusing to give me a receipt. They almost didn't give me my Credit card back. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. CRIMINALS.

Pros:

I loved their breakfast here! I have yet to experience another hotel delivering such a complete breakfast experience. The swimming pool and jaccuzi are at a comfortable temperature. The facilities are clean. Staff is friendly. Located very close to the heart of Ruidoso, giving you access to trails, shops, food, and casinos. I recommend this hotel.
