Never knew we could enjoy Ruidoso without a cabin but I must say, I think this hotel will be my go to from now on.
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. We usually go to Ruidoso once a year and we usually stay in a cabin. This year we decided to try a hotel. It exceeded my expectations. My kids loved the pool! My husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was free breakfast every morning and Starbucks coffee all day everyday. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was really clean. We also got to see wild horses and elk while we were at the pool which was a major plus!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great deal for the amenities provided. The kids LOVED the indoor pool and having "their own room" in the suite with the pull out couch. Breakfast was good as well including several protein options, coffee bar including hot chocolate, and a waffle maker. They had Nutella as well. The kids loved it in the waffles. I'll definitely be back!

It was pleasant. Breakfast outstanding.
Pros:

The room was very clean, but fairly sterile rather than cozy and inviting. There was lots of room. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Someone actually knew how to make coffee.

Cons:

This thermostat was difficult to work. The air conditioner kept coming on when we wanted heat the water took a long time to get warm in the bathroom.

After paying on booking.com they said I owed $16 more dollars. I asked how and why. They said you just do. I repeatedly ask to be shown why and how, and they refused as well as refusing to give me a receipt. They almost didn't give me my Credit card back. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. CRIMINALS.
