Cons:

Wir haben inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück wird in einem benachbarten Frühstückslokal eingenommen. Lediglich ein paar Gerichte sind inklusive, alles andere muss man zuzahlen - auch der Kaffe muss dort gezahlt werden. Allerdings gibt es Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the hotel room was not up to par, especially considering the price of the two bedroom suite. Dust everywhere, hair in one of the beds, stained bedding, cobwebs on the light fixtures, literal rocks breaking off the trim of the windows and incomplete/open flooring on the perimeter of the kitchen area. One fork in the kitchen, one bathrobe, no towels in our room. I also sat on the blue day bed in the open area of the hotel upstairs lobby and something left stains all over my dress. Along with dust everywhere in the main areas and dead plants. It was filthy in there. The front desk staff seemed like they just started that day.. not very helpful. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros:

I like the lobby area on the second floor. Like that they tried to keep the theme original.

I would choose it again, specially if you are on a holiday trip.
Pros:

This is one of those places you feel lucky to have booked because it is truly a beautiful hotel that transports you back 100 years to the wild far west. The neighborhood it sits in is also very interesting: a very well conserved example of early 1900s urban structure in the US. The room was large, confortable, clean, and well supplied with beverages.

Cons:

Breakfast is included, but not in the hotel. You have to walk to a nearby diner, where yuo get a discount on the menu. It works, but it is not ideal. If you are on a business trip there may be more functional options in Spokane.

Cozy hotel in the centre of Spokane
Pros:

It’s a lovely and very cozy apartment. It makes you want to stay for a few more days. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail and the decor are outstanding.

Cons:

Everuthing was great. The breakfast included with the stay didn’t quite match the overall quality of the hotel. There weren’t many options, and it felt rather basic and not very homemade.

Very nice venue
Pros:

The Historic Montvale is a nice hotel that keeps the history of a "old" hotel charm alive. The rooms are very clean but small. We had a King room. It is a great location that is walking distance to every downtown venue you would want to visit, that's why we chose it.
