Beautiful old hotel with tons of personality and great staff .
Pros:

Location was excellent-- getting around by walking and exploring was easy.
Rosie's was great for breakfast too.

Cons:

The elevator was down and for both nights it was going to be fixed in the AM and was not. Better to say "within a week"?

Very nice hotel in downtown Spokane
Pros:

Lovely, large comfortable room, large bathroom. Excellent location for walking in downtown Spokane. Very nice sitting area outside of the rooms.

Cute historic hotel in great location with nice common areas for seating.
Pros:

The bed was comfy, we appreciated the breakfast and also, the common areas and 24/7 coffee/tea

Cons:

Some of the room was in need of refreshing such as around the tub caulking. Also, the blinds did not work properly. Staff were fine. Check in was good, but one of the day staff was not particularly helpful

Historic building with great rotunda
Pros:

Great location. Even though we couldn’t arrive on the scheduled date due to the cancellation of our flight they didn’t change for that night. We loved the interior of the building.

International tourists not welcome and beware security deposit scam
Pros:

Motel was in an excellent location and beutifully equipped.
Room was large and beutifully furnished.

Cons:

1. Humiliated by reception staff as they refused to accepted credit card as security as our bank was not American. If booking.con hadn't already taken money from our account, they were refusing to have us.
2. They have not refunded security.
3. Unprofessional and scammed us out of "security"

Good hub for work trip
Pros:

This room was comfortable and well appointed. I love the atmosphere of historic but updated. I was able to access easily via a bus from the airport. Staff was ok. They checked me in and out but did not help beyond the basics. I appreciated the comfortable, spacious place to get work done and rest easily.

Excellent service and clean facility
Pros:

The location to the Fox Theater The decor and cleanliness. The staff and customer service provided.

Cons:

Small parking lot behind the hotel. Additional parking is a walk to get to the lot to pick up our car when checking out. The weather was good for us this trip but winters have snow and ice which is not safe for elderly to walk.

Cute little hideout but be aware of the parking.
Pros:

Bathroom with a door! The room 303 had a very large bathroom. We got a separate room for our adult human and they put him next door. There was an added outer door we could have closed to eliminate any mistaken entry. Kind of neat. Lots of restaurants nearby. The atrium area is very calming. Love the decor and furniture.

Cons:

Microwave and fridge in room (with actual freezer) but no coffee maker. The coffee maker was on the second floor, husband had to remind them to refill it each day (they assured us it was flowing 24/7) The breakfast was a block away (complimentary with caveats.) The biggest issue was parking. Behind the hotel was 14 spaces for 39 rooms, the next parking lot that is included in your stay is 2 blocks away. It was a dry weekend but I cant imagine parking your car and walking in the rain/wind/snow etc.
