Great vacation time.
Pros:

It's a great place, right in the middle of Downtown.

Cons:

Sound isolation was super poor. We heard people snoring, coughing, and talking in nearby rooms.

Great stay and close to a brewery.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean rooms very safe atmosphere and free coffee was great. Best free breakfast I ever had from a hotel stay.

I wouldn’t use the hotel again.
Pros:

It was attached to the wedding venue my daughter used to get married.

Cons:

Additional cost for parking. 16 spots just behind the hotel with the overflow parking two blocks grime the hotel.

Delightful, well-located hotel.
Pros:

Trendy-looking refurbished downtown hotel. Excellent location, right across street from the Fox and dining venues. Breakfast is down the street, but the Rosy Cafe had delicious options. Delightful second floor general room with fireplace.

Cons:

Limited parking behind the hotel; the second lot was nearly three blocks away.

Quick Concert Stay
Pros:

Loved proximity to Knitting Factory. The beds were ultra plush and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was the only issue. The lot directly behind the hotel only had like 9 spots? So you have to access an auxiliary lot a couple blocks away. Makes loading and unloading difficult especially with kids.

Pros:

Incredible space and light. Lovely character. Great location.

Cons:

The arrangement of furniture in the living area of our suite was pretty awkward and felt a little slap dash for the quality of the room. It would've been better to have the television on the wall opposite to the long couch, rather than mounted over the fireplace. Hard to snuggle up to the fire with a warm beverage and watch tv.

Incredible History Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Spokane. It has rich history and the hotel has done a great job preserving the history and character. The atrium is a lovely space. Security into the hotel is solid with the keycard. Bed was comfortable and the room is decorated minimally and road noise was minor. The refrigerator and microwave was a nice addition. Looking forward to the next time we book here.

Cons:

The staff at the hotel are lovely and very helpful however there does appear to be a lack of staff especially at the front desk. Upon check in, the receptionist was helping another customer to their room so we waited until she was available.

Parking is available out back in a partially secured lot. There are not ample handicap accessible parking spots. Also we were advised the parking is first come first served.

The walls are relatively thin, so around 2am, it sounded as if bar hoppers brought the after party to the hotel atrium and rooms begin our room. It was incredibly loud and disruptive, continuing on until about 3:30am. That was one of our biggest issues.

Opportunity: it would’ve been nice if the hotel staff shared where morning coffee and tea could be found. My husband went on a “walk” and was able to locate this.

Pros:

The Kings Suite was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The location was great.

Cons:

The covers on the sofas didnt appear to be clean so we didnt feel comfortable sitting on them. It was unfortunate to have that much space but not really be able to use it.
The other negative was there were no kitchen towels or paper towels in the kitchen. Nothing to clean a surface with or even dry our hands.
Third and last, it was a 2bdrm suite for 4 people but it only allotted breakfast for 2 instead of 4.
Little things but important ones.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, convenient location for the airport, we always stay at the Mountvale. Excellent meal on site at the Gilded Unicorn.

Cons:

The only issue we have is the warmth of the bedrooms
