groupe - l'hotel ne respecte pas les conditions de vente Booking
Pros:

capacité d'accueil intéressante pour un groupe. Et l'emplacement est extraordinaire, point haut sur la colline au-dessus de Frascati avec vue 360° sur la région. Personnellement, je n'y ai pas dormi cette fois-ci mais me suis occupée de la réservation pour le groupe. Toutefois, l'accès au site depuis le centre de Frascati est exigeant, 25-30 min à pied en cote raide, usant, surtout si c'est à renouveler plusieurs fois par jour et/ou sur des journées consécutives. cela décourage de sortir le soir diner lorsqu'on n'est pas véhiculé.

Cons:

j'ai réservé pour un groupe 10 chambres pour 3 nuits, 30 nuitées au total. on s'attend à un certain niveau de service alors. 1er message reçu de l'hotel après la réservation (6 semaines à l'avance) : les conditions de Booking ne s'appliquent pas, autant dire votre réservation est non-annulable non modifiable, sympa quand tu gères un groupe avec des conditions d'arrivée et des besoins particuliers qui nécessitent un peu de flexibilité. "si vous souhaitez annuler des chambres, faire des modifications (date d'arrivée / de départ de certains invités), annulez votre réservation Booking et re-réservez en direct". Je trouve cela tout bonnement scandaleux. Ca mériterait le carton rouge de l'hotellerie ! Si la politique Booking te convient pas, tu ne travailles pas avec Booking, merde.
ont finalement accepté à la marge de décaler le séjour d'un invité d'une nuit, les restes des ajustements que je demandais pour optimiser les 10 chambres / 30 nuitées n'ont pas été possibles.

Location and panoramic view of Rome below lovely town of frascati to visit and enjoy their restaurants - use either train car park or central one all walking distance to old town

Cons:

Breakfast were great however being menu was too specialised for our taste ie squid , octopus etc so we used the restaurants in frascatti at night - but not an issue if you are a fish person

Struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione sia esterna che nelle camere (c'è ancora la moquette) e nei bagni (soffione doccia piccolo e senza regolazione del doccino)
Il wifi è garantito solo nelle aree comuni e non fruibile dalla camera.
