Villa di sicuro fascino architettonico con un affaccio spettacolare grazie alla posizione dominante sui colli, notevoli gli arredi originari e la scalinata

Siamo rimasti francamente stupiti e non in positivo del livello della colazione, fornita sia chiaro ma poco italiana e poco artigianale per quanto sia presente il ristorante interno all’hotel molto ben rinomato in zona

La raffinatezza delle residenze nobiliari
Pros:

Villa Tuscolana è un'antica dimora nobiliare di fine cinquecento. Le stanze sono molto ampie e confortevoli arredate con mobili e oggetti di antiquariato, in linea con l'atmosfera storica del luogo. La posizione rialzata domina tutta la piana di Roma con una vista mozzafiato soprattutto di notte quando si ricopre di una distesa di mille luci. Il parco che circonda il palazzo offre moltissimi parcheggi. C'è anche una piccola piscina. Il ristorante della villa sembra molto buono e rinomato.

Cons:

La posizione è un pò isolata e lontana dal centro di Frascati. Per raggiungere la città bisogna prendere l'auto ma la sera è difficile trovare parcheggio. La colazione è di tipo continentale, con dolce e salato, abbondante ma niente di particolare. Tutti prodotti standard. Visto il prestigio del posto mi sarei aspettato una maggiore cura e una selezione di qualche prodotto locale. Speravo di poter trovare qualche salone affrescato che ricordasse gli sfarzi di un tempo ma la riconversione li ha fatti sparire o forse semplicemente non sono accessibili agli ospiti (ho chiesto alla reception e ho ricevuto solo risposte vaghe).

Villa storica splendida, personale gentilissimo, camere ampie con vista fantastica, abbiamo cenato al ristorante interno il cui chef ci ha deliziato con le sue specialità, un vero trionfo di sapori. Ci siamo trovate benissimo

Le charme d’un petit palais Romain
Pros:

Une belle surprise à 30 minutes de Rome. Une vie de château pendant 24 heures , plein de charme. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable, un très bon petit déjeuner. La personne qui nous a accueilli était adorable (et elle parle français)
