Everything from A to Z. No internet, rooms very old and small. Not comfortable. No phone in the room to contact staff for service.

Villa storica molto bella negli spazi comuni. Vista stupenda.
La camera era molto piccola, il bagno molto vecchio neanche da 2 stelle. Non si chiudevamo bene gli oscuranti, sveglia alle 5!
Posizione da sogno in una meravigliosa struttura
Un leggero rumore di notte (sembrava un motore di condizionatore o altro)
Il panorama vale il pernotto.
Stanze un po' spartane
Wyjątkowy dworek na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem na dolinę, Rzym i morze. Na terenie hotelu można poczuć się wyjątkowo i przenieść do poprzedniej epoki. Ciepły basen i zaopatrzona strefa basenowa. Bardzo dobre śniadania kontynentalne. Miasteczko Frascati urokliwe, dużo restauracji i bardzo dobre wino lokalne! Chcielibyśmy tam wrócić!
Trochę trudno dotrzeć bez samochodu i z dużym, ciężkim bagażem :D

The building and gardens are beautiful. At night in June a walk through the fragrant garden is wonderful. The restaurant is very good. I appreciate the service provided by Francesco and Daniele. You know it's good service (or really bad service 😁) when you ask the waiters what their names are.
I asked for a room with a view, expecting a view of Rome. I got a room with a nice view but only the front rooms have a view of Rome.
The rooms are nothing special. They have an outdoor pool but no other facilities.
If you're claustrophobic you will not like the elevators. I'd say they are 1 meter squared.

Splendida struttura storica, con una vista impareggiabile sulla piana romana. La notte lo spettacolo della villa illuminata nel silenzio più assoluto è veramente emozionante.
La camera al quarto piano era piccola e i servizi in camera erano un po' pochi.
