La struttura è esternamente molto bella e offre una posizione panoramica

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola e arredata in modo poco coerente rispetto al resto della struttura. Il bagno era invece molto bello, ma non si integrava con la stanza.

Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale per due persone, ma la persona che mi avrebbe accompagnato non é potuta venire, così ho chiesto se potesse essere applicata la tariffa per doppia uso singola: la richiesta è stata rifiutata. Lavorando nel settore turistico non mi era mai capitato. Se la situazione fosse stata inversa — cioè avessi prenotato una singola e poi avessi chiesto di aggiungere una seconda persona — probabilmente non ci sarebbero stati problemi.

The history and the thought of what it use to be

Cons:

It needs a total refurb. Musty, most of the globes are out in the chandeliers, very dark, the bathroom smelt due to the pipes. It was very basic for what would have been a grand property in its day. The grounds were over grown, the front of the property looked great but as you walked around it was evident it needs a lot of love to get back to how it use to be.

Cakes and Sweets were fresh and tasty.
Beautiful building . The air conditioner in room was very helpful in the time we stayed there

Cons:

The reception staff were not too friendly, but polite and courteous.
Facilities in the room were not comparable to other hotels. No kettle and even no telephone to contact the reception. Although the room was clean, there was a smell from the bathroom which I think was because the building was old

La posizione e la struttura sono molto belle.

Cons:

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: alcune camere non hanno l'aria condizionata, cosa inaccettabile per una struttura di questo livello; in una camera da noi prenotata l'armadio era bloccato e pericolante; i bagni non sono granché, mancano piccoli accessori (bicchieri ecc.), hanno rubinetteria scomoda; il WiFi non è ovunque e dove c'è non funziona.
Il personale della reception non ha saputo affrontare con professionalità una piccola difficoltà.
