Je fais une réservation via booking avec un surclassement, permettant un duplex; nous découvrons une chambre, étroite, 2 lits simples, rez de chaussée. Une chaleur étouffante, pas de clim, pas de moyen de ventiler ou faire ce que nous avons fait, laisser la porte fenetre ouverte, avec des risques de sécurité; la VMC était d'un autre âge et d'un bruyant qui venait parfaire le tout!!!! On avait fait 900kms, et on n'a pas dormi avec ces conditions!!!!!!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours autant ravis.
La gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnelle et l'appartement très confortable et très propre.
Nous avons testé le petit-déjeuner pour la première fois et vraiment c'était très bon, il y avait du choix.

Not as advertised
Pros:

Our room looked very different to the images on the website which had much fresher décor and flooring. On the up side, our room seemed partially renovated with some newer furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, hot water and towels were fine. Everything we used in the kitchen was functional. We were allocated an upstairs room as we requested which was great and the room may not have been pretty but it was very clean. Reception service was good.

Cons:

There were old stained carpets, an ugly brown colour on the walls, curtains full of creases, only one bedside table and a tv screen about the same size as our laptop. No hand towel for the bathroom. The room felt small, old and tired, unlike the images online with new flooring, light paint colours and throw cushions. We’re now suspicious of booking other hotels in this group.
