d'adaptation aux évolutions climatiques

Le petit déjeuner et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

La chaleur et en période de canicule sans climatisation adaptée voir même des volets.

Logement idéal qui permet d'être autonome (prise des repas - kitchenette adaptée)
Pros:

Personnel agréable qui donne toutes les explications nécessaires (accès - différents services disponibles).
Literie confortable.

Cons:

Au regard du climat, la chambre en duplex ne favorise pas un sommeil convenable malgré un ventilateur mis à disposition. Petit bémol pour l'éclairage dans la salle de bains côté baignoire très sombre de part le positionnement d'une colonne. Le logement mériterait d'être plus aéré (odeurs de cuisine prédominante).

Pros:

Appartement en duplex agréable, bien agencé et très propre.
Le bus est très proche pour pouvoir aller en centre ville de Rennes, c'est pratique.
Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

Le canapé lit dont la structure ne permet pas de dormir correctement, on sent les barres à travers le matelas qui forme un creu important au milieu. La structure grince et ne permet pas de dormir correctement, nous avons mis le matelas par terre pour pouvoir bien dormir.
Dommage car tout le reste convient bien.

Pros:

Fácil llegar con coche, aunque lejos del centro. La gente muy amable. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Muy poco acogedor, básico, muy básico, con aire muy antiguo, pocos detalles y desgastado.

L'emplacement est appréciable
L'accueil du personnel surtout la dame du petit déjeuner
Le lit est confortable

Cons:

Absence de climatisation, ce n'était pas facile de supporter la chaleur dans la chambre
Le ménage n'est fait qu'après 6 jours
Le client jette sa poubelle (première fois que je rencontre cette situation)
Pas assez d'éclairage
