À notre entrée dans la chambre à 20 la fenêtre était ouverte et avec les petits chauffages ce fut très long de pouvoir réchauffer la pièce

Pros:

proximité du métro et à 15min de la gare Part-Dieu. Également à qq pas de chez les amis dont nous allions rendre visite !

Cons:

le canapé dépliant : très inconfortable (surtout pour dormir à 2) ; dans la chambre et le vrai lit 2 places on a fait dormir nos 2 filles et nous avons pris le canapé (on se couche en général après les enfants…). donc ok 4 couchages mais peu adapté à une famille…

Le personnel est sympa et le ménage est correctement fait mais...

Cons:

Énorme déception. Les photos en ligne n’ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité. Chambre vieillotte, mobilier dépassé, cuisine d’un autre âge… et du carrelage au sol dans la chambre, sérieusement ? Je n’ai jamais vu ça. C’est indigne d’un établissement qui se présente ainsi.

La chambre est propre et le personnel est aimable, rien à redire là-dessus. Mais afficher des photos flatteuses qui ne correspondent pas du tout à la chambre attribuée, c’est trompeur. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est plus une différence d’ambiance, c’est un écart de réalité.

Je déconseille fortement.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben alles gehabt, was wir brauchten. Zentrale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum, beides zu Fuß erreichbar.

Friendly staff, cost effective apartment
Pros:

Great quality / price ratio
The manager was very helpful as we arrived earlier and he arranged for our room to be ready for us. We had our 1o months baby with us so that was greatly appreciated. He also offered us some coffee while we waited.

Appartement familial avec un bon rapport qualité-prix et bien situé.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et dispose de facilités de stationnement. Les chambres étaient calmes et correctes par rapport au prix.

Cons:

L’eau de la douche n’était pas assez chaude, en hiver, c’est compliqué.
