Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors d’un prochain séjour et nous n’hésiterons pas à en parler à

La situation géographique de l’établissement est interessante (proximité de la station de métro D,Garibaldi).
L’environnement (coté jardin)était calme et l’insonorisation du studio qui n’est pas grand mais très suffisant pour répondre à nos besoins,réelle!
Le personnel d’accueil et d’entretien disponible et courtois.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, chambre calme malgré emplacement en plein centre ville, matelas très confortable, chambre propre.

Cons:

Il manquait un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et une prise de courant de chaque côté du lit.

L’accueil au top !!! Appartement propre , matelas ferme , sanitaires et SDB propres. Nous avons arrêté les locations avec les particuliers car deux locations où l’appartement était sale et linge de lit et toilette approximatif

Parking un peu insalubre, pas de café dans l’appartement

Le confort des lits et la propreté

Cons:

Les logements ne sont pas du tout entretenus (hors ménage bien-sûr). Comme par exemple les rideaux qui sont ternes, pas de lampes, des trous non rebouchés, chauffage de la SDB collé à la poignée.
