Rien. Je ne suis pas restée ds cet hôtel réservé au dernier moment suite à une galère de train.
Lieu mal entretenu, il faisait au moins 40° ds le studio au 7eme etage. Sans parler de la chambre en mezannine. Quand je suis redescendue à la réception on.m' a dit " oui nous n avons pas de clim dans certaines chambres". Nous étions en pleine canicule ! Et l abence de clim nétait pas indiquée ds l' annonce. 133 € pour cette chambre, un hôtel soit disant 3 étoiles c est un.scandale. Je suis partie.

Cons:

Entretien limite, vétusté, absence de clim non mentionnée ds l annonce. Un rappirt Qualité/prix inapproprié. Sans oarler des 3 étoikes annoncées !

Goed genoeg voor doorreis overnachting
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Niet al te dichtbij centrum en betaald parkeren op straat(zondag tot de volgende dag 9u s'ochtends was gratis) of 15€ p 24uur bij het accommodatie. Een Studio met klein kitchenette, koelkast, bank, eettafel en stoelen en tv , boven 2 personen bed met comfortabele matras en tv en klein balkon. Geen airco maar 2 ventilatoren aanwezig.

Cons:

Het leek een beetje oudbollig!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit dans une grande chambre très propre.
Pros:

Malgré les apparences extérieur du bâtiment et les communs un peu défraichis, la chambre était en parfait état. très propre, grande, fraichement rénovée ou très bien entretenue.
Le personnel est présent h24, et très souriant.

Cons:

J'ai séjourné en période de canicule. quand je suis arrivée il y avait une clim mobile très bruyante en fonction dans la chambre. A mon retour de mon repas du soir, la chambre avait une température agréable, mais impossible de dormir avec le bruit de cette clim. Comme c'était tard, je l'ai éteinte et j'ai dormi avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Malheureusement, ma chambre était dans le bâtiment A, et donnait sur un esplanade et en ligne droite sur la gare de triage.
Jusqu’à tard dans la nuit le bruit des trains et des tram est très présent et ça recommence tôt le matin, vers 5h00.
Mais si vous n'avez pas besoin d'ouvrir la fenêtre ou si votre chambre donne sur la cour intérieur c'est très bien.

Bon rapport qualité, Propre, calme, a proximité de la gare accessible facilement a pied.

Cons:

Le manque de clim dans la chambre , en pleine canicule malgré le ventilateur mis a disposition l'air était particulièrement irrespirable.
Les rideaux étaient pas accrocher partout , il a fallu le remettre dans les encoches pour pouvoir être dans le noir complet
