Had a good night's rest
Pros:

The room was clean, lotion, soap, coffee was provided in the room and checking in and out were easy and quick.

Cons:

The room was very small but fine for one night stay.

a true budget hotel
Pros:

room was ok and what you would expect for the rate being $79. The Bed was comfortable and we felt safe. it served justice for the evening but not somewhere i would stay again if i had other options

Cons:

The Parking situation was horrible especially being in a truck. The property was a little bit rundown and dingy which attributed to feeling a bit uncomfortable. not bad for the price range

It worked for us. Reasonable pricing..
Pros:

Location convenient for us. Elevator. Room spacious and clean. Had fridge and microwave. Fairly quiet for being in the heart of town.
Price quite reasonable. Parking good. It's older tho, and don't expect a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

Pillows hard. Sheets ok but blankets old and shabby.

Pros:

Easy to get to

Cons:

Noise. There is no insulation. We could hear everything. Someone tried to open my door at 3am.
We couldn’t get rooms next to each other, so our family was separated.

Would love to visit again
Pros:

It was pretty close to downtown and the boardwalk, staff was super friendly, and my room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the dressers and equipment had some wear and tear but other than that it great.

Enjoyed my stay and not far from stores, beaches, and restaurants.
Pros:

Room was decent, clean. Bed was comfortable and spacious for two. We stayed at the annex across the street, felt safe.

Cons:

Couldn't leave my window open because loud customers from the very busy restaurant next door. The smell from the restaurant was a bit strong.

Most depressing pool area I've ever seen, seriously: dingy, tiny, surrounded by privacy fence that blocked out the sun. (also the motel is divided by a busy four-lane road: half rooms on one side, half on the other. We were staying on the non-pool side, so getting to the pool required negotiating traffic).

Loud and somewhat seedy. A car pulled into the parking lot with blasting bass at 4:00 one morning and stayed there for half an hour.
