The location is very good as it is close to the train station and bus services.
The room is small, if you have more than 2 suitcases, it becomes very squished in the room, the bed is an Australian double bed. So nice and cosy for two people who want to be touching all night lol.
The hotel was located in a convenient location and the staff were extremely helpful (I can't stress this enough). The bath was small but the water pressure in the shower was amazing!
Majority of anything negative in my review comes from the fact the hotel was listed as having AC but when I got there I was told it wasn't turned on until after golden week. They explained there is one central unit with a master control and if you wanted your room cooler, it would draw from the master unit. They said they don't turn it on until the following week even though it was so warm when I was there. The staff were helpful and tried to find a different room that maybe didn't have as much sun on it in the afternoon and provided a little fan but I prefer it to be cool when I'm sleeping and would not have booked this hotel had I known there was no AC that week.
I realy dont know what i like in this hotel as i remember the staff were nice and kind they try to help us as much as they can room were so small but there were many facilities and around the bakery and shops were usefull.
1st time I've met a lady front clerk who speaks very fluently in English. She was amazing. engaged with me furthermore personalized her service, help me to understand a lot of things I wasn't able to understand for this whole Years
I was very much glad to Stay in this location again .and I will definitely do go back.

Excellent location and in close proximity to convenient stores.
Amazing staff and, although one would expect it from Japanese staff, exceptionally kind and helpful.
It made up for the small room.
The room was very small, although it was catering for 2 people (luckly I traveled alone)
The breakfast was poor, I was told that I can only have some bread if not booked in advance - obviously for the same price.
Otherwise all was very good to excellent, indeed.
