清潔で快適な部屋でした。
It was a clean and nice room.
外から聞こえてくる騒音、おそらくエアコンの音だったと思うのですが、とてもうるさくて眠れませんでした。部屋のエアコンは問題なく、うるさくもありませんでした。
The noise coming from outside, maybe from the air conditioning, was very loud, and I couldn't sleep. The room air conditioning was ok and not too loud.

In terms of value for money, this is without doubt one of the very best deals in the area. The room is a bit small, but that is exactly what one should expect from a business hotel in central Tokyo. Very attentive staff. Everything went smoothly.

The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same every day. As a result, we chose not to use the breakfast service on most of the remaining days, or we only had coffee.
While the breakfast was good, it would have been appreciated if the menu had been changed occasionally to offer a bit more variety from day to day.
