清掃スタッフが廊下でうるさかった。
部屋がリネンの棚の目の前だったこともあるが、
鈴か何かをつけたスタッフが部屋の前を行ったり来たりしていてとても落ち着かなかった。

初ビジネスホテルでしたが、最近の事はよくわからかった。私以外はほぼ外国人の方でした。
Pros:

乾燥していたので、加湿器が借りれないか伺ったら無料で借りれた。
ハウスキーパーのインド人風？の方々が、礼儀正しく感じが良かった。よくわかりませんが、お掃除お願いしますをドアに貼らなっかったら、ドアにインスタントコーヒーやお茶、タオルを一日目だけかけてありましたが、そのあとは人によるのか、なかったので、面倒くさいので、たくさんください！と直接言ったら、フレンドリーに接してくださった。お水もこだわりの持参のお水を飲むのでリサイクルのゴミ箱がすぐにいっぱいになるので、ゴミ袋もたくさんください！と頂きました。ペットボトルをリサイクルして、ドアの前に出しておいたら、かたずけてくださる。
気取っていないので気楽でした。

Cons:

京都が雪で新幹線が遅れているとの知人からの情報があり、一泊滞在を伸ばしたが、bookinng.com
さんで申し込むより、直接ホテルに申し込んだ方が、物凄く安かった。（半額に近かった）
客の態度が悪いが、フロントのイスに荷物を置いて占領しているのをしんどいので座らせて欲しいと言っても注意してくれない。（障碍者マークをつけている）
