La cafetera inicial no sirvió, pedí una segunda cafetera que tampoco sirvió.
Vino Srta. de personal y dijo que traería nueva cafetera y nunca volvió.
Me quedé sin tomar café.
Y ya tuve que hacer check-in a las 10 am.
Pagué para 5 personas y solo había 2 camas King.
No cabía ningún sofá para la 5ta. Persona.

o restaurente do hotel era caotico, todos clientes que chegavam para tomar cafe estavam sendo mal tratados, funcionarios esnobes e grosseiros, muitas pessoas atendendo e ningume resolvendo, um completo descaso, o cafe da manha que era incluso foi cobrado por 3 dias, me senti muito mal pois queria fazer algo bom para minhjja esposa e no fim me senti envergonhado, nao volto maios nesse hotel pelop descaso.

My over all stayed was peaceful and pleasant.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were not equipped with a microwave oven.

No value for money paid and disappointing

Cons:

The high paid Amount didn’t justify what we received. Cleaning was always late and in some days, they didn’t show up. Slow internet speed, no water available, AC barely cooling, as a Bonvoy member I am very disappointed. I didn’t feel any value from being a bonvoy member. Even asking for cups, I got paper cups - I felt the whole hotel is running on budget
. I got a tiny tiny room for a family of 5 - room felt like a motel
