Pros:

The staff attempted to give us $40 credit to use because the hot shower was not working.

Cons:

Hot shower was not working. Air was turned off when we arrived from my conference.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Empire State Building - it was truly impressive, especially in the evening.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The service was outstanding - the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Cons:

Honestly, we didn’t find anything to complain about- everything was excellent.

Great location, short on towels and keeping up the exterior…
Pros:

The check in process was quick and easy. The bed was made daily.

Cons:

The beds would get made and then the hand towels and wash clothes would never get replenished. Then they gave us hand towels that looked like wash clothes. Then for most of the stay we saw a makeup pad (used) on the floor in the hallway. Plenty of employees getting off and on the elevator at our floor, but no one picked it up.

Overall a nice experience, just a few minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The view was fabulous and excellent location.

Cons:

False alarm went off at 4am with delay on intercom from staff with additional information. After false alarm was announced via intercom it proceeded to go off again. A large amount of water would leak from the shower , which was an inconvenience. There was not enough towels to suck up all the water leaking out each night after showering.

Perfect for a family or solo trip.
Pros:

Perfect location for a family trip. Near Hudson Yards mall with easy options for everyone. Penn Station and public transit are nearby.

Cons:

The room size is a bit small for four people, but it features queen-size beds and an incredible city view to make up for it. We stayed on the 20th floor.
