Your hotel gave me and my wife the worst night out.
Cons:

On February 7th, me and my wife wanted a night away from the kids and dogs. We went to a show in Brooklyn and came to check in. Check in was easy with no problems. I get up to the room around 11pm and the room is cold. I mean i was able to see my breath. I paid for a suit and got a nightmare along with it. The suit was 215. Nice room but the room was cold after 3 hours still. I called the front desk once. They said that someone would come up, guess what no one came. I called back finally someone came. The engineer was so great and was truly doing his best to help us out. Nothing worked at all. He came back 3 times still nothing helped. I paid 400 for the suit and laid in my clothes all night and my winter coat. I speak 500 on tickets to the event. This was our valentine date because my wife mother has dementia and we can't leave her. It took mountains to get this date away for my wife. I told the front desk about cold room and all the guy said was he would give me a few snacks from the snack area. He had the dumbest look on his face like a deer in head lights. Do better please Marriott with your hiring. That was very insulting. Your hotel had me and my wife in our clothes with coats on all night. We didnt even get in the bed because the cover was so cold. We ended up leaving at 5am. I wore gloves all night and a jacket. They didnt even offer a different room because they had a cheerleaders all over the hotel. Food was over flowing on the floor. Garbage came was full. I cam truly say that was a nightmare night. I most definitely wouldn't spend a dime here again or tell anybody to stay there. No one knows how much it took to get us to have this night.

Great staff, location, and hotel.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is phenomenal. Gormet tok the time to adjust our bill (due to my mistake). The front desk staff greeted us each time we entered, always asked if we needed anything, and were just super nice!

Cons:

Sliding door to bathroom would be better as an actual door for privacy. I understand space only allows so much.
