Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento un giorno prima. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo ci hanno informato che purtroppo non è disponibile e ci hanno offerto un altro. Eravamo in viaggio senza possibilità di connettersi ad Internet e cercare qualcosa altro e allora abbiamo accettato. Quindi la recensione riguarda non questo ma un altro appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato:

Appartamento in generale è molto carino e ha una posizione ottima con una magnifica vista su città. Era molto pulito.

Cons:

1. Soltanto un paio di chiavi. È molto scomodo se siamo in quattro. Sopratutto se la chiave serve anche per salire sul ascensore. Il portiere ha negato diverse volte di aprire il portone, quindi per accedere al appartamento si doveva chiamare al telefono e far scendere qualcuno di noi dal 13-imo piano al piano terra per aprire il portone.
2. Materasso in camera piccola era sfondato perché mancavano le doghe. Era posizionato soltanto su tre traverse.
3. Il tavolo del soggiorno aveva soltanto tre sedie. Siamo in quattro, quindi per mangiare si faceva il turno.
4. La doccia nel bagno con la vasca non funzionava.
5. Nelle camere da letto mancavano i piani d’appoggio per i vestiti, cellulari ecc.

the sauna and pools were great

Cons:

the double rooms with two beds were SOOO OVER PRICED. The double beds were like a bigger single bed not a full double bed..So for 3 adults it didnt work. My partner actually had to sleep on the floor. they wouldn't provide a cot due to a fire hazard. We tried to share one bed for the night but omg. so small of a double bed. we have a double bed at home and its not this small. The room was so dusty when we got here. The room was a month of my rent for 2 nights. Its a basic ass hotel room. like the most basic. they dont even have slippers and we had 1 robe..the only high light was the view.. I would never ever stay at this hotel again tho..the only reason I did was for work.

Fantastic Hotel in wonderful location!!
Pros:

Location was amazing and most staff were outstanding!! Great spot for enjoying all Vancouver had to offer.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator working and a few staff on checkout just not engaged with customers. No care factor or customer centricity.

Great location, great services, average room and in room amenities
Pros:

Loved the heated pool, the sauna, the yoga studio. So close to Seawall walk and Stanley Park.

Cons:

No in room mini bar. Or even bottled water. For a $500/night room I’d expect to have some in room options for drinks and snacks. Also, paper cups for in room coffee? Giving cheap motel vibes. Again, not what i expect at $500/night, and other 4&5 star hotels have real mugs!
