An average stay .. great staff, perfect negroni

Friendly staff (Andrew at the bar and Camilla Reception) and great location

Cons:

The tiredness of the hotel room .. we booked a suite with harbour views .. poor standard of room for nightly price. Tucked away in a dark corner with a small view over concrete roofs.. patio terrace with tired furniture outside.. too many weeds and just tired! I am not normally disappointed but for this stay I thought the room price wasn’t worth it

An ‘ok’ hotel not really what I expect from a 5*. More of a 4 star. Better options available.
Pros:

Location was great rooms were well sized and clean.

Cons:

Poor restaurant facilities, main restaurant was more like a sports bar, poor choice of beers, no attendant service at the pool. Conference guests seem to get priority over the rest which meant a wait for restaurant at breakfast.
