We had a great time and would be happy to come back.
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful- helpful, friendly, and professional. The location is dreamy and we loved using bikes to ride around Stanley Park. The pool and the pool snacks and happy hour snacks and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. The special entertainments for kids on Canada Day were amazing- my daughter loved the airbrush tattoos, Photo Booth, and reptile exhibit. That was above and beyond our expectations and truly special.

Cons:

The pillows in the rooms were all too big or too lumpy. I bought a $5 flat pillow from Walmart during my stay. :) One option of a flatter pillow would be nice.

Great location and clean rooms

Cons:

The system for the breakfast buffet was awful. Customers kept waiting 10-15 minutes for a table when sections of the restaurant were closed off with nobody in them. Quality of some of the hot food was below standard for a hotel of its stature.

Excellent family stay with a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Pros:

The location is exceptional and was the highlight of our stay. The room was very comfortable and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. We also loved the live music at the hotel restaurant, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only suggestion I would make is to offer a breakfast buffet option. The current à la carte menu is good, but the selection is somewhat limited, especially for guests staying several days. A buffet would provide more variety and flexibility.

Loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer

Loved the location The staff were excellent

Cons:

That you didn’t have a well wishes book for the Canadian Soccer team located either in the lobby or restaurant that could be displayed between this cup and the next in a cabinet along with other memorabilia. The paper cups for the coffee machine are not in keeping with the standard of the property.

Pros:

L’emplacement est ideal pour visiter a pied et louer des velos. Bel hotel en general et tres bon buffet pour le dejeuner

Cons:

J’avais une chambre standard, jamais je ne m’attendais à avoir une vue d’une autre partie de l’hotel, très décevant! On a frappé a la chambre a 17h pour faire le ménage, c’est beaucoup trop tard, on se prépare pour la soirée a cette heure là donc on a dû refuser.
