Spacious property. Majority of staff very helpful and good service. Rooms spacious.
Rooms was a bit dusty upon arrival with ants in the bathroom. We arrived on a Sunday and things improved as the week went on so I can only assume they are short staffed at weekends. Pool was absolutely freezing even on 35 degrees heat. Food over priced in the hotel and clearly reheated (pool pizza had a frozen middle). Location is ok but you’re a good 25 mins walk from old town. But good distance to Plaza Despana.
Hotel in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla fermata del tram T1 per arrivare velocemente in centro davanti alla cattedrale. Centro cq raggiungibile a piedi. Plaza de Espana raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione a buffet molto varia sia per il dolce che per il salato. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera eccellente e molto pulita. In hotel è a disposizione degli ospiti la piscina la palestra e la Jacuzzi. La piscina non è grande ma offre un momento di relax dopo una giornata di visita alla città. Siviglia è fantastica.
Άνετα μοντέρνα δωμάτια και κρεβάτια, καλή τοποθεσία (με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό τρένου santa justa και πολύ κοντά στην στάση τραμ SanBernado), εξαιρετικό προσωπικό και καλή τιμή. Στα συν το ταξί που ήταν δωρεάν από το αεροδρόμιο (επειδή η συνολική τιμή ήταν πάνω από 500 ευρώ).
Θσ εκτιμούσα το πρωινό να ήταν στην τιμή. Αλλά η τιμή ήταν αρκετά καλή και απέναντι έχει σούπερμαρκετ.

Buffet was full and spoke
The room needed decorating as wallpaper very old, skirting board gaps filled, wooden floor lifting. Writing on the wall. Dark and dingy. The bath shower screen was awful.
You had to run shower for a good 10 minutes before it got warm.
Not even a complementary bottle of water!
No coffee in the room.
A good 20-30 minute walk to the old town for tourists in the heat just made you stay out as to hot to walk back to change for the evening.
Wouldn’t recommend for old town holiday makers.
Probably central of Seville for business but not for tourism. 20-30 minute walk to tourist attractions and in the heat it’s worse.
Insist you don’t get a room near the park as dogs barking for hours early evening and both evenings (not hotels fault) but no nap before you go out for the evening.
The reception is very glitzy but rooms are tired and dark. You have to run water for ages (10 mins plus) to get hot water for a shower. Also an add on glass panel on the bath edge is the shower screen.
Only positive is breakfast buffet excellent and pool area is lovely

Getting a towel for swimming pool was more complicated that it could have been but staff were excellent
