Mucha tranquilidad, no se oía ruido de la calle ni las otras habitaciones. Las camas eras grandes y la habitación muy limpia. El personal muy atento.
Estábamos en la planta 10 y hacía mucha calor en la habitación en pleno febrero, tuvimos que poner el aire.

This was a very pleasant hotel and the reception staff were extremely professional and friendly. The room was on floor 10 with a great view over the city. The breakfast was excellent. The car park was directly underneath the hotel which was very good for two motorbikes.
British people like a large cup of tea in the morning, the cups were very small. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, thankyou.

Easily accessible on main road, close to attractions, bathroom is separate to bedroom so no steaming of bedroom. It was clean and welcoming. Inhouse cafe and restaurant, breakfast was standard.
Use of plastic tubes for soap and shampoo, electric plugs not functioning properly, shower temperature either too hot or cold.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
