En termes de communication, les membres du personnel ne parlent pas tous un minimum de Français, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Très bel hôtel, chambre très confort, lit immense. Personnel très souriant et agréable. Le wifi marche très bien au bord de la piscine 😁
La piscine ferme à 20h ça reste tôt. Idéalement pas de fermeture pour le jacuzzi, serait fort agréable après une balade le soir à Séville.

My wife and I visited in May for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday having stayed here before and generally it was very good but a couple of small details spoiled it a bit. I'll cover those first before mentioning the positives. We decided to eat in the El Jardin cafe on the evening of her birthday, I had the soup which was luke warm and tasteless and they brought the wrong main course to me which meant my wife had to eat hers (which she said was lovely) while I waited for mine.....not the best way to have a birthday meal. On the basis of this we did not book a table in the Al-Zagal panoramic restaurant upstairs, which was our original plan, as we had dined there and loved it on a previous visit. The other, less serious point was there were no coffee sachets or milk in the room, only tea bags, which seemed strange to us.
On the positive side we had a good sized room on the 13th floor (1308) with a balcony where we slept well. Not sure if the room was an upgrade or not as nobody said anything. My wife's birthday was acknowledged at Reception when checking in and she received some cake and a birthday wish later on in the room.
Service was generally good (other than for the meal mentioned above) and the hotel is spotlessly clean with a lovely smell on the ground floor. Location is good, only a relatively short walk from the main shopping and eating centre of Seville.
We booked on the back of a previous visit that was excellent but we left a little disappointed on after this one.
Hotel Sevilla Center was great, super service and very clean. Nearby the center an excellent place to stay. I recommend it.
