Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and inviting. She made me feel very comfortable right away and gave my information about breakfast and asked if I had any questions. The size of the room was great.

The beds were uncomfortable.

Cons:

No towels in pool area. Hot tub jets where really not that hot. Jacuzzi tub knobs was broken.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Great location right off the highway with lots of parking. Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We had a room with a spa tub. I loved how it was in the bathroom, but you could open wooden shutters to see into the bedroom, watch TV, etc. The room was updated and very nice. Breakfast had decent options available. The pool and hot tub were very clean and easy to access.

Cons:

Staff need to remember that guests can hear what they say even when they don't see us. Very negative and complaining front desk clerk while I was there.

Hotel and parking lot need a little tlc. The staff was friendly, especially breakfast lady. Was ok area, but a bit run down.

Pros:

It was quiet. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower had water power...nice shampoo/conditioner.
Jason greated us and engaged in conversation while checking in. Michelle was also engaging at breakfast. This will become our go to hotel when we travel through every three months

Pros:

The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. Breakfast was limited and non-discript. Service was fine. The bathroom and shower was poor and unsafe.

We'll be very cautious in ever staying at a Fairfield in the future.
