Hotel not honoring cancelation policy and is unresponsive to support requests
Pros:

I had a reservation at this hotel that was cancelled inside the free cancellation window. 11 days later, the money has not been refunded and my two support requests have gone completely unanswered. The Marriott representative I've spoken with at their central reservations has confirmed the money should be refunded, but the hotel has yet to respond to the request.

It was alright for one night but somewhat inconvenient to give me keys to a room that was not ready and then a room lack

Not Marriott Worthy
Pros:

Shout out to Michelle in the breakfast room. She was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good with quite a few options. Front desk staff was great also.

Cons:

The a/c did not cool and the microwave would not stay on. The jacuzzi and pool area was quite old with paint peeling everywhere and pool and jacuzzi were discolored. Left after a few minutes.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and inviting. She made me feel very comfortable right away and gave my information about breakfast and asked if I had any questions. The size of the room was great.
