Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para ver la ciudad, caminando puedes llegar prácticamente a todas las partes (solo la isla de Versalles queda un poco a trasmano), incluida la isla de las máquinas. Además prácticamente en la puerta tienes parada de tranvía. La relación calidad precio es muy buena.

Cons:

13€ por el parking nos resultó un poco excesivo; sobretodo después de venir de pagar 9€ en Burdeos.

L'emplacement est appréciable : proche du centre et de l'ïle de Nantes.
Pros:

J'ai aimé ne pas avoir de vis à vis et qu'il y ait des plantes devant la fenêtre.
La séparation entre la chambre et la cuisine est appréciable.

Cons:

Malheureusement, plusieurs points négatifs ont nui à notre confort.
Nous avons été confrontés à une panne d'eau chaude (uniquement dans la salle de bain) pendant deux jours consécutifs. Signalé dès le premier jour, le problème n'a été résolu qu'en partie : le chauffe-eau a été relancé le lendemain, mais sans résultat — pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Résultat : deux douches froides, vivifiantes certes, mais peu compatibles avec un séjour confortable.
La cuisine est par ailleurs très peu équipée : absence de four et de grille-pain, ce qui limite les possibilités de cuisine du quotidien.
Enfin, la ventilation laisse vraiment à désirer : sans hotte ni sèche-serviettes, la condensation s'accumule rapidement. Serviettes et torchons restent humides malgré la chaleur ambiante, et l'absence de sèche-cheveux complète ce tableau peu pratique.

Pros:

La chambre est bien située, proche du tram. Situé en pleine ville, pas besoin de voiture elle est restée au parking.

Cons:

Ce fût un peu compliqué de trouver l'hotel, il est dans un quartier ancien. Les prises dans la chambre ne sont pas facile d'accès, le lit est placé le long d'un mur, pas facile d'y rentrer à deux, il a fallut décaller le lit.
