Pros:

It was clean. The facilities were good. Reasonably priced and in a good location for the centre of the city.

Cons:

No air conditioning when it was so hot in Nantes. But they did provide a fan. We were charged tourist tax by booking..com and tourist tax by the venue.

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, le personnel est agréable et arrangeant.

Cons:

Pour accéder à l'ascenseur il faut monter un étage traverser pièce et couloir avant d'arriver enfin à l'ascenseur. Il est plus facile de passer par le parking.

Sucio y viejo, no recomendable.
Pros:

Tan solo nos atendió correctamente un brasileño en recepción, que se molestó en hablar castellano.

Cons:

El gran problema es que carecía de higiene completamente, olía muy mal nada más bajar del ascensor y la habitación aún peor. Los muebles muy viejos, no se corresponden con las fotos que muestran. Nos tocó una habitación muy pequeña, tratamos de cambiarla por el olor y nos dijeron que estaba todo completo. Tan solo había una toalla, tuvimos que bajar a buscar más. Si abrías la ventana para ventilar entraban mosquitos. El desayuno normal pero casi nunca había tazas limpias para tomar el café. La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro de Nantes, al menos 20 minutos caminando. El parking tenía un acceso complejo con rampas hacia plantas inferiores y curvas muy agudas, había plazas particulares y no se sabía bien las que estaban asignadas al hotel. No se indica bien el acceso desde la recepción a las habitaciones y viceversa, te pierdes fácilmente. Resumiendo, un desastre, no lo recomiendo a nadie.
