Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre était propre. L’équipement présent est suffisant. L’établissement est proche des Machines de l'île, du Maillé Brézé. Proche de Carrefour City. Il y a une bagagerie pour laisser ses bagages pendant la journée après le checkout.

Cons:

Arrivée tardive à 16h, on aurait préféré entre 14h et 15h

La formation des réceptionnistes qui nous demandaient de faire le ménage avant de partir alors que notre réservation prévoyait que le ménage était inclus

Séjour peu agréable.
Pros:

Bel appartement, calme et spacieux. Résidence assez vaste et peu bruyante.

Cons:

Emplacement difficile à trouver. Stationnement compliqué (parking un peu cher). Propreté laissant à désirer. Meubles abîmés. Odeur nauséabonde, tant dans les couloirs que dans l'appartement. Petit-déjeuner léger, peu de choix. Certains employés de réception peu agréables, voire pas du tout. Je ne recommande pas vraiment cette résidence.

Sejour moyennement apprécié.
Pros:

L'emplacement près du centre ville.

Cons:

Dès l'arrivée nous avons senti une désagréable odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Cette odeur a perduré pendant tout le séjour (3 nuits).
De plus la literie était très bruyante.

Petit détail: le cordon de la bouilloire électrique est trop court pour qu'on puisse l'utilisée sur les petites tables de la chambre et pas de prise dédiée dans la kitchenette. On l'a mise par terre le temps de s'en servir. Bof!

L’emplacement, non loin du centre-ville, est très appréciable. En revanche, l’environnement est déplorable : présence de trafics, de toxicomanes, bouteilles de gaz hilarant dans l’escalier, bagarres le soir… La sécurité autour de l’établissement pose clairement problème....même si l'établissement n'y est pour rien

The proximity to the old town. Lots of options around for eating.The breakfast was nothing exceptional but sufficient. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was a smell of humidity in the corridor on our floor. Nothing like that in the room.
