Pros:

l'accueil , très bien situé pour visiter les lieux touristiques de Nantes, parking pratique

Cons:

papier toilette rationné ( on peut en demander à l'accueil mais bon ...) et odeurs d'égout mais c'est le problème de ce quartier de Nantes car proche de la Loire

Séjour agréable et confortable, malgré la pluie.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la position centrale de l’appartement entre le centre ville et l’île aux machines, la vue sur la ville et la Loire depuis le velux, le parking sécurisé pour 13€ par24h.

Pros:

Emplacement pratique, à proximité du musée Dobbré. Appartement fonctionnel et bien chauffé. SDB et cuisine OK. Nous étions au 3ème étage et c'était très calme. Nous avons apprécié la bouilloire et le thé à disposition.

très satisfaite dans l'ensemble!
Pros:

le petit-déjeuner, varié, copieux, très bon avec des produits frais (inclus pain sans gluten pour les intolérants!), et l'horaire qui est aussi bien adapté;
le balcon du appart (même si je n'ai pas pu en profiter);
l'amabilité et disponibilité totale du personnel, à notre écoute et entièrement présents pour gérer tout problème existant.

Cons:

la moquette (très usagé et "vieille");
le ballon d'eau chaude dysfonctionnel;
le radiateur (vieux, avec des traces de rouille et dysfonctionnel);
Petit conseil à l'étblissement: prévoir des sèche-cheveux dans les salles de bain, c'est un outil qui manque! Ou alors en système de prêt/location à l'accueil puisque pas tous les clients ont besoin. Mais les prévoir en tout cas.
