Spot Brest pour rayonner avec confort simple mais très suffisant
Pros:

Secteur très calme, équipements très corrects, literie, kitchenette etc. Parking sur place. Facile pour circuler alentours et Brest.

Cons:

J’ai eu la chance d’être repositionnée au rdc à ma demande. Attention pas d’ascenseur et le début de séjour au 4 eme pendant période canicule n’était pas agréable.

Idéal pour une courte escale brestoise.
Pros:

Facilité de parking gratuit appréciable en ville. Accueil sympathique. Appart’ Hôtel bien conçu mais un peu vieillot.

amabilité du personnel; studio avec kitchenette, calme , propre, grand parking, non loin du centre de Brest

Cons:

pas de 2° lampe de chevet; pas de containers de tri du verre dans la résidence ou dans le quartier; circulation à Brest très pénible à cause des multiples sens interdits dans le centre ou à Recouvrance
