GOOD LOCATION, EXCELLENT STAFF

I ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING AND THE ROOM WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE

PILLOWS WERE VERY SOFT, NOT VERY SUPPORTIVE
THE DESK CHAIR BACK SUPPORT NEEDS ADJUSTMENT OR MAY BE BROKEN. IT LEANS TOO FAR BACK.

Fantastic stay, great staff!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, and we were treated very well by all the staff, specially Ileana at the front desk, in general it was a great stay and the hotel is fantastic! Room very big and beds very comfortable.

Impressed by the staff not by the room
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. Everybody greeted me when I came in and out the door, and tried to go out of their way to help when a couple snags came up. Extra kudos to the young woman who checked me in, and the two overnight clerks I interacted with.

Cons:

The room was not what I had thought it would be. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub as I needed to soak for medical reasons. The tub did not hold water for longer than 5 minutes. At that point there was not another room available with a bathtub so it didn't seem to make any sense to change rooms.

Also, The privacy please door tag would not stay on the handle of my door. No matter how gently or carefully I closed it, both when I was entering and exiting the room it fell off every single time. Every. Single.time. luckily I am healthy enough to bend over and put it back, but especially since this was on the handicapped room that is unacceptable and inaccessible for someone with mobility issues .

Also, there were a number of times that my key did not open external doors. The light would go green and I could hear the latch open, but the door would stick. This happened both on the back door coming in from the pool area, as well as the side door to the smoking patio. This occurred during regular business hours.

Absolut toll!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, bei dem einfach alles stimmte. Wir hatten inklusive Frühstück gebucht und das war das beste Frühstück und das beste Hotel (von insgesamt 13) während unserer Rundreise. Grosses Zimmer, schönes Bad, sehr viele Parkplätze, gute Lage etwas außerhalb von Palm Springs, ruhig, überall sehr sauber, toller Pool... einfach toll!
